To keep a Gujarati podcast archive playing continuously on YouTube, send the episodes in order as a video program through a YouTube Live encoder. Use OBS or another local encoder if you can leave a computer and internet connection running; use a cloud playlist service if the broadcast should continue with your computer off. Enable YouTube Live ahead of time, clear rights for every episode and asset, and keep each session under 12 hours if you need YouTube’s automatic archive of the complete stream.
What you need before starting
- A YouTube channel with live streaming enabled. First-time activation may take up to 24 hours, according to YouTube’s encoder livestreaming guidance.
- The podcast episode files, arranged in the order you want them played.
- A video picture to accompany the audio. A still image with the episode title or channel identity is one simple production choice; YouTube receives a video stream, not an audio-only broadcast.
- An encoder route: local software such as OBS, a cloud playlist service, or dedicated hardware.
- Permission to retransmit every episode, guest contribution, music cue, clip, and visual asset in a continuous livestream and any replay.
The workflow is language-independent: the material can be Gujarati, but the reviewed YouTube setup documentation does not establish any Gujarati-specific encoder or platform setting.

Prepare the archive and confirm rights
Arrange episodes for continuous playback
Make a media inventory and put files in the intended sequence. Decide whether you want the entire archive to repeat, or whether a shorter selection should loop. Prepare a simple visual layer that remains readable on phones and identifies the episode currently playing; include episode titles in the program if listeners may join midway.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteCheck the permission for each asset
Confirm that your agreements and licenses cover continuous YouTube livestreaming and the resulting replay, not just the original podcast release. Check recording agreements, guest releases, music licenses, third-party clips, and artwork separately. A right to publish an episode as a podcast does not by itself establish permission for every form of rebroadcast. Keep the relevant documentation with your inventory. StreamNeo’s terms also place responsibility for rights and permissions on the uploader; they do not determine whether your particular archive is cleared: StreamNeo terms.

Choose how to keep the stream running
| Route | Best fit | What to weigh |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo cloud playlist | For uploaded episodes that should run from the cloud without an always-on computer at home. | Check the current storage and billing options; it streams to YouTube only. StreamNeo says uploaded videos or playlists can loop continuously, with automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream. StreamNeo. |
| OBS or another local encoder | For an operator who wants local control and can keep the computer, encoder, and connection available. | You are responsible for local uptime, monitoring, playlist repetition, and any needed video conversion. YouTube lists OBS among encoder options and documents connecting an encoder to a live event: YouTube encoder setup. |
| Restream prerecorded playlist | For a hosted playlist when its documented capacity and plan allowances fit. | Restream’s Help Center page dated July 25, 2026 lists a maximum playlist length of 24 hours and 40 videos. It lists Marathon at $79/month, with a 4-hour video library and 1080p maximum, and Media at $239/month, with a 12-hour video library and 4K maximum. These are Restream-published plan details; verify the current offer at Restream’s Upload & Stream plan page. |
| Standalone hardware encoder | For a dedicated device when its scheduling and prerecorded playout features justify hardware. | Compare upfront device cost, setup, playlist scheduling, and ongoing operation. YouTube’s verified encoder directory describes the AJA HELO Plus PlayToStream as able to schedule prerecorded media to YouTube Live without a computer: YouTube verified encoder directory. |
YouTube’s encoder directory also lists Gyre as a cloud tool for 24/7 prerecorded streams. Its current offer and limits are not established here, so check its current documentation before choosing it: YouTube verified encoder directory.
Set up the YouTube Live event
- Enable livestreaming in advance. If this is the channel’s first live broadcast, allow up to 24 hours for YouTube activation before the planned start.
- Create or schedule an event in YouTube Studio. Choose the correct channel and event, then set visibility and schedule details appropriate to your audience. YouTube’s encoder guide explains the event and encoder flow: YouTube encoder setup.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key. Enter these in your encoder or hosted service. Treat the key as a password: anyone who has it may be able to send a feed to your channel. Do not share it publicly.
- Load and check the program. Confirm the episode order, audio level, image, and transitions. For a local encoder, confirm the playlist or playback source is configured to repeat as intended.
- Send the feed and verify the event. Start the encoder. YouTube documents that the watch page is created when the encoder begins sending; for a scheduled event, wait for the preview and select Go live if the event flow requires it.
- Run a private or unlisted technical check when useful. Verify that the right channel and event receive the feed, the audio is clear, episode changes work, and the visual is legible. Set the intended public visibility before the audience start time.
Keep the YouTube replay complete
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Do not assume a longer live session will become a complete replay. If the automatic replay matters, end the broadcast before the 12-hour mark and schedule a new segment; also preserve the original episode files separately for on-demand access. YouTube’s guidance is at YouTube encoder setup.

Restream documents that consecutive playlist streams are separate broadcasts with a two-minute buffer. If you use that route, account for the break in your schedule rather than presenting the handoff as uninterrupted playback.
Troubleshooting common problems
- The channel cannot go live yet: first-time activation can take up to 24 hours. Enable the feature before the intended start and allow that activation window.
- YouTube shows no incoming video: check that the encoder has the correct stream URL and key, that it is sending to the intended event, and that the encoder has actually started.
- The wrong event or channel receives the feed: stop the encoder, verify the selected YouTube event and channel, then confirm the stream key and URL belong to that event before restarting.
- Episodes stop instead of repeating: inspect the local playlist or hosted playlist’s repeat and scheduling settings. Playlist repetition and capacity depend on the selected encoder or service.
- The audio plays but the picture is missing or unclear: check that the encoder is sending a video program and that the still or visual layer is enabled, visible, and readable at the output size.
- The live replay is incomplete or absent: check the session duration. YouTube’s automatic archive statement applies to streams under 12 hours; preserve source episodes and divide longer schedules into shorter streams.
- A music or guest-rights claim appears: pause or end the broadcast as appropriate and review the specific asset’s license and release. Do not assume that prior podcast publication cleared a continuous livestream or replay.
Or let it run in the cloud
StreamNeo is #1 for this cloud-playlist route because it runs an uploaded Gujarati podcast archive from the cloud, at any quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, with the first day free. The steps are: upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. Your computer and home connection do not have to stay on; StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. It is YouTube-only and plays uploaded videos rather than going live from a camera.
