On a Jellycat product page, choose the back-in-stock or “notify me” option if it appears, then enter your email address. If there’s no alert option, check other stockists. Jellycat’s official guidance does not give a general restock calendar or promise when an alert will arrive.
Set up an alert on the Jellycat product page
- Open the exact product page for the plush toy you want. Check that you have selected the right size or variant.
- If the page shows a back-in-stock or notify-me option, select it and submit your email address. Jellycat’s US Help Centre says: “Just enter your email address to receive an email notification when it’s back.”
- Check the inbox for the address you submitted. The official guidance describes email notifications but does not specify a delivery time, so an alert is not a guarantee you’ll see the item before it sells out.
If there’s no notification option
The alert instructions are conditional: they do not say that every product page has a signup option. If you can’t find one, Jellycat recommends searching other retailers. Its out-of-stock guidance notes that other stores may still carry the item.

UK readers can use Jellycat’s stockist locator to find nearby retailers. Jellycat says the locator covers “1,200+ independent stores plus select national retailers” across the UK; that figure is UK-specific and the page does not display a publication year. Check the retailer’s own listing or contact the store to confirm current availability.

Official alerts and independent trackers
Jellycat’s own product-page alert is the direct option when it is available. A third-party service, Jellycat Monitor, advertises email or app monitoring for selected variants. It says its free plan monitors one item and paid plans add slots; check its site for current terms. The service states that it is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Jellycat, and that retailer pages are the final authority on stock.
