To loop a bhajan video on YouTube Live with OneStream Live, connect your YouTube channel, create a prerecorded stream, add the video, set its loop count, choose YouTube, enter the stream details, and schedule it. OneStream’s current help page documents up to 60 plays per stream. A finite loop is different from OneStream’s separate 24/7 option, which is YouTube-only, requires Enterprise, and can run for up to 30 days per schedule.
Before you set up the stream
- Check YouTube eligibility: YouTube says the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. See YouTube live streaming tips.
- Prepare the video: OneStream recommends MP4, MOV, or M4V; H.264 (AVC) video; 1920 × 1080 resolution; 30 FPS; video bitrate of 1500–6000 Kbps; AAC audio; and 128 Kbps audio bitrate. These are the service’s published recommendations, not a guarantee that every file will work. See OneStream’s recommended video settings.
- Clear the rights: Make sure you have permission for the specific recording and musical work to be used in a YouTube livestream, and check whether your rights cover the stream’s territory, archive, and any monetization. Devotional subject matter or public availability does not itself establish permission.
Connect your YouTube channel to OneStream
- In the OneStream dashboard, open Social Platforms.
- Choose Add Platform or Connect beside YouTube.
- Select the Google account and YouTube channel you intend to use, then authorize the connection.
- Confirm that the channel appears among your connected platforms. OneStream’s connection guide explains the process at How to Live Stream on YouTube Using OneStream Live.
Create a finite loop of one bhajan video
- From the OneStream dashboard, choose Pre-recorded Stream, then Add Videos.
- Select the bhajan video from your device, OneStream storage, or supported cloud storage.
- Set the number of plays in the loop control. OneStream’s help article, updated September 21, 2026, states a maximum of 60 plays. Choose the count that fits your intended broadcast; this is a finite repeat, not an endless loop.
- Continue to the social destinations, select the connected YouTube channel, and enter the stream details.
- Schedule the broadcast and verify the date and time before confirming. OneStream describes the video as repeating during the scheduled broadcast. Its mobile flow follows the same basic sequence: select Pre-recorded Stream, choose the video, set loops, select YouTube, enter details, and schedule. See How to Loop a Pre-recorded Stream.
Choose the right format for multiple videos or continuous programming
| Workflow | Best for | Documented plan or limit | Decision to make |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single prerecorded video with loop count | Repeating one recording in a finite broadcast | Up to 60 plays | How many repetitions fit the scheduled stream? |
| Prerecorded playlist | Playing multiple recordings in sequence | Professional or Enterprise plans | Should the stream move through several distinct bhajans? |
| 24/7 stream | Continuous channel-style programming | YouTube only; Enterprise plan; maximum 30 days per scheduled stream | Is around-the-clock continuity necessary, and will you schedule a new run after the limit? |
For a playlist, select multiple videos, choose the destination, enter stream details, and schedule. OneStream documents this playlist feature for Professional and Enterprise plans; see How to Create a Pre-recorded Streaming Playlist. Its separate 24-hour Stream option is YouTube-only, requires Enterprise, and has a maximum scheduled duration of 30 days; see How to Start 24/7 Live Streaming.

If you need a prerecorded stream to recur on a schedule rather than simply loop during one broadcast, OneStream also documents recurring prerecorded streams with frequency, interval, and occurrence settings. The available configuration is described in How to Set Up Recurring Streams or Webinars.
Copyright, Content ID, and monetization
YouTube says it scans livestreams for third-party content. If it identifies a match, it may warn you, replace the stream with a placeholder, interrupt it, or terminate it; a strike can also lead to termination. A license may not be enough to prevent a live interruption if the rights holder has not allowlisted your channel in Content ID. Read Copyright issues with live streams.

Check rights for both the musical composition and the particular recording. Confirm that your permission covers livestream use and, if you plan to leave the broadcast available, the resulting archive. YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions place responsibility on the provider to obtain the necessary rights and meet applicable requirements.
Do not treat Creator Music licenses or revenue-sharing arrangements as livestream clearance: YouTube says the options described in its Creator Music guidance apply to long-form videos, not livestreams. See Understand Creator Music usage details.

Streaming software cannot guarantee monetization. YouTube’s channel monetization policy says reused content may be ineligible when it lacks significant original commentary, substantive modification, or educational or entertainment value. Reviews apply at the channel level, so looping a bhajan recording does not automatically make a channel eligible. See YouTube channel monetization policies. OneStream’s optional YouTube scheduling controls may include DVR and monetization where supported by the channel, but those settings do not override YouTube’s rights, eligibility, or monetization requirements; see Advanced Scheduling Options for Pre-recorded Streams.

- YouTube is missing from the destination list: Return to Social Platforms, connect the intended channel, and confirm it appears as a connected platform before creating or scheduling the stream.
- YouTube will not let the channel go live: Check that the channel is verified and has not had a live-streaming restriction in the past 90 days, as required by YouTube’s live streaming guidance.
- The video will not upload or play as expected: Check the file format, codec, resolution, frame rate, and audio/video bitrate against OneStream’s published recommended settings. The recommendations are not a diagnosis of any particular failed file.
- The video stops repeating sooner than expected: Check the configured loop count. The documented limit is 60 plays; a single prerecorded loop is not an indefinite 24/7 stream.
- A livestream is interrupted despite having a music license: Check with the rights holder whether the channel must be allowlisted in Content ID. YouTube explains this risk in its live-stream copyright guidance.
- A loop runs but monetization is unavailable: Review YouTube’s channel-level monetization and reused-content requirements rather than assuming the scheduling service determines eligibility. See YouTube channel monetization policies.
