Zapier Interfaces does not document a native control for setting a website screenshot’s browser viewport. To capture a public website in a Zap at a chosen size, use a connected screenshot provider whose Zapier action exposes width and height fields. For Interface layout, adjust the page or component instead; that changes how the Interface appears, not a website capture viewport.
Choose the workflow that matches what you mean by “viewport”
- Capture a public website automatically: Configure a screenshot service action in a Zap and use its width and height inputs. Zapier’s listings show these fields for ScreenshotOne and Urlbox, and page width and height fields for PagePixels.
- Change how an Interface looks: Edit its page or components. Zapier’s Interfaces help documentation describes adjusting component width and alignment, but does not document a native website screenshot viewport setting. See Zapier’s Interfaces help article.
Set screenshot dimensions in a Zap
- Choose a screenshot action. In Zapier, select a connected provider action for taking a website screenshot and check that its current configuration includes the dimensions you need.
- Map the page address. Provide the public URL to capture, either as a fixed value or from an earlier Zap step.
- Enter the dimensions. Use the action’s width and height fields. ScreenshotOne and Urlbox list “Viewport Width” and “Viewport Height”; PagePixels lists “Page Width” and “Page Height.”
- Run a test capture. Inspect the image returned by the action. Confirm that the page content fits the intended layout and that the output format and any full-page behavior meet your needs.
- Adjust and test again if needed. Providers may define dimension fields differently. The Zapier listings establish that the inputs exist, not their universal limits or identical behavior. Check the selected provider’s current action editor and documentation for accepted values and capture options.
Compare the available Zapier screenshot actions
| Provider | Dimension inputs listed in Zapier | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| ScreenshotOne | Viewport Width; Viewport Height | Check accepted dimensions, capture behavior, output, limits, price and privacy terms in its current listing and action editor. Zapier listing |
| Urlbox | Viewport Width; Viewport Height | Check accepted dimensions, capture behavior, output, limits, price and privacy terms in its current listing and action editor. Zapier listing |
| PagePixels | Page Width; Page Height | Confirm how its page dimensions affect the capture, along with output, limits, price and privacy terms. Zapier listing |
These are provider integration fields, not proof of a screenshot feature built into Interfaces. The listings do not establish a universal set of allowed sizes, matching semantics across providers, or a tested sequence for every Zap.

When you mean Interface layout rather than a website capture
Open the Interface you want to edit and use its page and component editing controls. Zapier’s help article says component width and alignment can be adjusted. Those controls affect the Interface’s layout; they do not set a browser viewport for capturing an unrelated public website.

Troubleshoot dimension and capture problems
- No width or height fields appear: You may have chosen a different action, or the provider’s action may have changed. Check the current Zapier listing and action editor; do not assume the field exists for every screenshot integration.
- The capture is the wrong size or layout: Verify the values mapped into both dimension fields and whether the selected provider calls them viewport dimensions or page dimensions. Test the action output rather than assuming the terms behave identically.
- The page is cut off: Check whether the chosen action offers a full-page option and whether it is enabled. The cited field listings alone do not establish that option or its behavior for every provider.
- You cannot find a screenshot viewport setting in Interfaces: Use a connected screenshot action for a website capture. Use Interface editing controls only when you are changing the Interface’s own layout.
Or skip the browser setup
ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server. A single GET request can return an image or PDF, with a custom viewport supplied as a request parameter. Cookie banners are accepted and removed before capture, along with known consent platforms, newsletter popups and chat widgets; these steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits are not billed, and response headers identify the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides screenshot and page-information tools for AI agents.
For example, this cURL request captures Stripe at a 1440 × 900 viewport and saves a WebP image. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for authentication and parameter details.
