What you need to build the scenario

- A WhatsApp Business Cloud connection and a destination you control, selected through the current Make connection and module screens.

Build the Make scenario in module order
The integration listing confirms the available actions, but does not establish every live field name or the exact shape of each module’s output. Use the current module configuration and mapping panel in Make to connect the actual values returned in your scenario.

Retrieve the resulting image when necessary
Inspect the screenshot module’s output. If it provides usable file data, map that into the upload step. If it provides a reference instead, add HTML/CSS to Image → Get an Image to retrieve the generated image first. The listing confirms this retrieval action, but not whether a particular run returns file data or a reference; determine that from the live output.

Upload the image to WhatsApp
Add WhatsApp Business Cloud → Upload a Media and map in the image file data. This upload step returns a media ID according to the integration listing. Keep that output available for the send step.

Send the message with the uploaded media
Add WhatsApp Business Cloud → Send a Message. In the current module fields, select the destination and map the uploaded media reference, along with any message text the module requires. Do not assume a field name or mapping based only on the app listing; confirm it in Make’s current configuration.

Run a controlled test
Run the scenario with a page you are authorized to access and a WhatsApp destination you control. Check the output of each module in sequence: the screenshot result, any image retrieval result, the upload response and the send result. This isolates whether a failure is in capture, file handling, upload or messaging.

- The image upload has no usable file: The screenshot action may have returned a reference rather than file data. Inspect its output and insert Get an Image before upload if appropriate.
- The screenshot result cannot be mapped to the upload action: Confirm the actual output type in the scenario run and use the current module’s accepted file input. The listing does not specify the live schema.
- The HTTP request returns a URL but no image file: A URL is not itself file data. Use an appropriate download/retrieval step, such as Make’s listed Download a file, when the endpoint response is a retrievable image URL.
- The captured page is blank or incomplete: Confirm that the URL is correct and publicly accessible to the capture service. The Make listing does not specify page-rendering behavior, timing controls or handling for authenticated pages.
