Use Make’s “Take a screenshot of a webpage and send it to Telegram” template: connect its HTML/CSS to Image and Telegram Bot modules, enter the page URL, select your channel, and map the screenshot output to the Telegram photo action. Before testing, add your bot to the channel with permission to post. The workflow is not specific to India; the available sources do not establish country-specific restrictions or availability.
Start with Make’s screenshot-to-Telegram template
Make publishes a template called “Take a screenshot of a webpage and send it to Telegram.” It pairs HTML/CSS to Image with Telegram Bot and includes a “Create a Screenshot of a URL” action. Starting from the template is the simplest way to build this no-code workflow.

- In Make, find the template by its name and create a scenario from it.
- Connect the accounts requested by the scenario. Enter the webpage address in the screenshot action’s URL field.
- Configure the Telegram Bot module for the destination channel, then map the screenshot result to the photo or media input as described below.
- Save the scenario and run a test with a publicly accessible webpage. Inspect the run details and confirm that the image appears in the channel.
Make’s template listing establishes the module pair and URL-screenshot action, but not the exact output field label or mapping in the current editor. Use the live editor’s labels and the output shown by a test run rather than assuming a particular field name.
Give the bot permission to post in the channel
Add the bot to the destination channel and grant it administrator access sufficient to post. Telegram’s channel bot-add flow is for adding or editing administrators; verify the bot’s final permissions in Telegram before troubleshooting Make. Without channel access, correct screenshot mapping alone will not make a post succeed.
Choose the Telegram photo input that matches the screenshot output
Telegram’s sendPhoto method accepts a channel username such as @channelname as chat_id, or a numeric chat identifier. Its photo input can be a Telegram file ID, an HTTP URL Telegram can fetch, or an uploaded file.
Make lists Telegram Bot actions including “Send a Photo” and “Send Media by URL or ID.” Choose the action and map the screenshot module’s actual output type: use a URL/ID-capable input when the output is a usable URL or file ID, and an upload-capable photo input when the output is an image file. Do not treat an arbitrary internal file reference as a public URL; check the scenario output and the action’s accepted input in the editor.

Test and troubleshoot the scenario
- No channel post: Check that the bot was added to the correct channel and has administrator permission to post. Confirm the selected destination, including the channel username or identifier.
- Screenshot step fails: Check the URL for spelling and confirm the page is publicly reachable by the capture service. Review the Make run details to see whether the screenshot action returned an image or an error.
- Telegram rejects the photo: Check that the mapped value is the expected type. If URL-based delivery fails, use the screenshot’s file output with an upload-capable photo action instead; Telegram supports both URL retrieval and file upload.
- Post succeeds but image is absent: Recheck the mapping into the photo input, not merely a text or caption field, and run the scenario again.
- Field names differ from a guide: Use the current editor’s labels and inspect the module output from a test run. The published template description does not specify every live mapping label.
Pick a capture service based on the page you need
Make’s integration directory lists HTML/CSS to Image, PagePixels Screenshots, and GetScreenshot among screenshot-service options. Compare services against the needs of your page—such as full-page versus viewport capture, render or wait controls, whether the result is a file or URL, and whether a separate service account is required. Those are selection criteria; the integration listings do not establish that every provider supports every capability.

ScreenshotNeo accepts cookie or consent banners before capture and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; each of those steps can be turned off. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and each response indicates the page verdict and billing status.
