You can sell custom merch through Streamlabs without buying stock or arranging printing yourself: create a product listing in the Merch Store dashboard, upload and position your artwork, set the details and retail price, then publish and share your store link. Streamlabs says it handles ordering, printing, packing, and shipping; check current product and shipping details for the destination before you promise a delivery date.
What you need before you start
Have a Streamlabs account, an image or design you have permission to use, and a clear idea of who you are selling to. A logo is one starting point; Streamlabs also describes adding text layers in its editor. Canva is one design option named in Streamlabs’ setup guide, and hiring a designer is another. Neither is required.

- Use artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. Avoid unlicensed characters, logos, photographs, lyrics, and other protected material.
- Decide which products suit your audience and what price feels reasonable to them.
- If print quality matters before launch, Streamlabs says creators can purchase their own merch at a lower price to sample it. That is a vendor-described option, not a guarantee of a particular result.
Create and publish a product
- Sign in at Streamlabs.com and open the Merch Store dashboard.
- Choose to create a new item. Select a product category and either build an individual listing or use the Evergreen bundle option described by Streamlabs to create several products from one design.
- Upload your artwork. Use the editor’s guides to size and position it on the selected product. Add image or text layers as needed, then preview the design before continuing.
- For apparel, select the available variants, such as colors, that you want to offer. Product choices and availability can change, so rely on the options currently shown in your dashboard.
- Enter the listing details and retail price. Check the product preview and listing information, then publish.
Catalog availability
In a guide dated April 25, 2025, Streamlabs described its free options as including 19 T-shirt types, two mug types, and four hoodie or sweatshirt types. That guide also described additional premium products for Streamlabs Ultra users, including backpacks, notebooks, hats, bean bags, phone cases, tote bags, and mousepads. These are dated vendor statements, not a guarantee of today’s catalog or availability in every region; confirm the current choices in the dashboard.

Set a price that leaves room for profit
Streamlabs says each item has a minimum retail price. Setting the item at that minimum produces no creator profit; pricing above it creates a difference for the creator, less standard PayPal fees. The setup guide’s example is a T-shirt with a $15 minimum retail price: listing it at $25 yields $10 before PayPal fees, not $10 in net earnings. The guide does not state the fee amount, so you cannot calculate a precise payout from that example alone.

Before settling on a price, weigh that margin against what your viewers are likely to pay. Check the current product minimum and any account-specific payment details in Streamlabs rather than assuming an example applies to every item or seller.
Customize the storefront
After adding at least one item, Streamlabs says you can customize the store’s appearance. Its documented options include clean, grid, or card layouts; an avatar or text header; a banner; product categories; and choices for theme, background color, font, and font color. The setup guide suggests a banner size of 1106 × 508 pixels; treat that as the guide’s recommendation and follow any current editor guidance if it differs.
Promote your store where viewers already find you
Put the store link in places where your audience already interacts with your content. Streamlabs recommends options such as your tip page and Twitch panels; its YouTube guide suggests adding the link to video descriptions or live-stream descriptions.

Printing, shipping, and details to verify
Streamlabs describes itself as handling ordering, printing, packing, and shipping. Its setup guide gives an average of 3–7 business days for printing and shipping, but that is a vendor estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The same guide reports that 99% of its merch is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG), without specifying a reporting period or independent methodology. It also described a fulfillment network of three centers—two in the United States and one in Europe—which should be read as the network stated in that guide, not independently verified current infrastructure.
Before promoting a specific delivery window, check the current product and shipping information for the buyer’s destination. The sources do not establish region-by-region availability, customs treatment, a current catalog for every location, seller payout timing, tax treatment, or a complete returns policy.
