In Firefox, select the cookie banner in Developer Tools’ Inspector and press H to hide it, then take your screenshot. This changes the page’s visible rendering for the capture; it does not record or communicate a consent choice. If you need evidence of the prompt itself, leave the banner visible.
Hide the cookie banner in Firefox

Open the page in Firefox. Right-click the page and choose Inspect, or open Developer Tools with your browser’s Developer Tools shortcut.

In the Inspector, use the element picker to select the cookie banner. Confirm that the highlighted region is the banner itself—not a parent node that also contains the page content.

With the banner node selected, press H. Firefox’s Inspector uses this shortcut to hide or show the selected node. If selecting the banner is difficult, find it in the Inspector’s markup tree and expand or collapse nodes as needed. Mozilla’s Inspector tips document the shortcut.

Capture the page using one of the methods below.

Reload the page when you want to restore its initial rendered state. The Inspector change is temporary; it does not change the website.

Capture the entire page
Firefox Developer Tools can capture beyond the current window. To use the screenshot button, open Developer Tools, select Settings, and enable Take a screenshot of the entire page under Available Toolbox Buttons. Then click the screenshot button. Alternatively, open the Web Console and run:

Capture the visible area, a region, or a page part
For a screenshot of the current viewport, a selected region, or an automatically highlighted page part, use Firefox’s screenshot interface. Right-click the page and choose Take Screenshot, or open the interface with Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows or Linux, or Command+Shift+S on macOS. Hiding a banner is not accepting cookies
Hiding the selected node only removes it from the rendered view you capture. It does not save a consent preference or establish that the site will stop showing the banner on another visit. Do not accept cookies just to make an image look cleaner. If the purpose is to document what the site asked, capture the prompt as it appears.
Deleting a cookie is a separate browser-storage operation, not a universal banner-removal method. Chrome DevTools documents how to view, edit, and delete cookies, but that does not establish that deleting one will reliably remove a consent banner across sites. See Chrome’s cookie documentation.
