In Firefox, right-click an empty area of the page, choose Take Screenshot, select Save full page, then choose Download. Before saving, check that Bengali text is rendering correctly on screen: a screenshot captures Firefox’s display, so it cannot fix missing glyphs or malformed text.
Capture the entire page with Firefox’s built-in screenshot
- Load the webpage and wait until its visible content has settled. Check that Bengali characters, conjuncts and marks look correct on screen.
- Right-click an empty area of the page and select Take Screenshot. You can also open the screenshot tool with Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows or Linux, or Command+Shift+S on macOS. Mozilla documents the Firefox screenshot controls.
- Choose Save full page in the screenshot interface.
- Select Download to save a PNG in Firefox’s default download folder. Use Copy instead if you want to paste the image into another application.
- Open the saved image and inspect the top, bottom and several lines of Bengali text at the size you expect people to view it. Check that the full article is present and the letters remain legible.
There is no need to change a font setting when the text already looks right. If it is malformed in the browser, correct or verify its rendering before capturing.

Fix Bengali text that looks wrong or too small
Firefox’s font controls include settings for language or script groups, as well as a minimum web-page font size. Open Firefox Settings and find the Fonts controls; use the advanced font settings to choose the relevant language/script group. If the script you need is not listed, Mozilla says it can be configured under Other Writing Systems. See Mozilla’s font and color settings guidance.
After changing a setting, return to the page and check the Bengali text again, then capture it. These settings are a troubleshooting route, not a guarantee: a site’s fonts and layout can affect how its text appears, and taking a screenshot will not repair a rendering problem.
#1 Best Overall
- Firefox is designed to protect and respect your private information. Mozilla was voted the Most Trusted Internet Company for Privacy.
- How you use the Web is unique. Firefox lets you change it to match. Remove what you don't use, keep what you do and put it just about anywhere you want.
- Firefox was named the "speed king" in independent benchmark and performance tests against other browsers. Save time and do just about anything quicker than before.
Use Developer Tools if the full-page capture misses content
Firefox Developer Tools provide another whole-page capture route, along with controls for a delay or a selected element. Firefox’s Web Console documentation describes the screenshot helper and its options.
Enable the full-page screenshot button
- Open Developer Tools and open its settings.
- Under Available Toolbox Buttons, enable Take a screenshot of the entire page.
- Use the screenshot button in the toolbox. Firefox saves the capture to the browser’s Downloads directory.
The Inspector also offers Screenshot Node for capturing a selected element rather than the whole page. This can be useful when the part you need is a specific article container or panel.

Capture from the Web Console
Firefox’s Web Console provides the :screenshot helper. Its --fullpage option includes content outside the current window bounds; --delay waits before capture; and --selector targets a selected element. The documented options also include --filename and --dpr.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Use a delay only if content is still rendering, and inspect the resulting image. A delay or full-page option does not establish that every dynamic page or nested scrolling panel will be captured as expected.

Choose an image, PDF or fallback based on what you need
| Need | Use | Check |
|---|---|---|
| A visual snapshot of the whole page | Firefox’s Save full page screenshot | Verify the top, bottom and Bengali text in the downloaded image. |
| A paginated document for reading, printing or sharing | Firefox Print, then Save to PDF | Review the preview for text shaping and page breaks; print layout can differ from the screen. |
| A page where native full-page capture misses material | Try Developer Tools’ full-page button or the Web Console helper; consider an extension only if those routes do not work for your page. | Test the result. Extension-store feature descriptions are publisher claims, not independent verification for a particular page. |
Save the page as a PDF
- Open Firefox’s Print view.
- In the preview’s destination menu, select Save to PDF.
- Review the preview and adjust available settings such as paper size, scale, pages per sheet, margins, page format, headers and footers, or background printing.
- Save the PDF, then check Bengali shaping and page breaks before sharing it.
A PDF is not a full-page screenshot: it is a paginated print output, and a website may use a different print layout. Mozilla’s guidance explains the save and print controls, but does not guarantee that every site’s print stylesheet preserves its screen appearance. See Mozilla’s Firefox printing guidance.
Consider an extension only after checking it
Some Firefox add-ons advertise scroll-and-stitch captures or image and PDF export. Their store descriptions do not demonstrate how they behave on a specific Bengali webpage. Before installing one, review its permissions and privacy statements, then inspect the quality of its output.

Troubleshoot a cut-off or unreadable capture
- Bengali is broken in the saved image: Check the page in Firefox first. If it is also broken there, review the language/script font settings and minimum font size, then capture again.
- The page looks right, but the capture ends too soon: Choose Save full page, or try the Developer Tools full-page button or
:screenshot --fullpageroute. - Content appears after the screenshot starts: Wait for it to settle before capturing. If it is still rendering, the Web Console’s
--delayoption can wait before capture; inspect the outcome rather than assuming the wait resolved it. - Text or images live inside an inner scrolling panel: A whole-page capture is not documented as guaranteed to include every nested-scroll region. Try capturing the relevant element with Screenshot Node or
--selector, and verify the result. - The PDF differs from the screen: Check the print preview and its layout settings. A print stylesheet may arrange the page differently from its on-screen presentation.
Or skip the browser setup
ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server for developers. It can return a PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF from a single request, and offers controls for full-page capture, selectors, wait conditions and other capture options. It also accepts cookies or consent banners and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups and chat widgets before capture; each step can be turned off. Only clean shots are billed: bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits cost nothing, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info and capture_pdf for AI agents. See ScreenshotNeo and its API documentation.
