Verify the scheduled date and time
Review the time zone as well as the date and time you select. YouTube says a scheduled video’s watch-page published date is based on Pacific Standard Time, so it can differ from the date shown in Studio for a schedule in a time zone ahead of PST. YouTube explains scheduled publish times.
Share the event and know what viewers see
Once the Premiere is created, it has a public watch page you can share before the event. Viewers can set a reminder, comment, and join chat before or during the Premiere. YouTube says reminder notifications go out about 30 minutes before the Premiere and again when it starts.

During the event, viewers watch together. They can rewind, but cannot skip forward beyond the point the Premiere has reached. After it ends, the video remains on your channel as a regular upload, chat replay is available, and you can review performance in YouTube Analytics. YouTube’s Premiere help covers the watch page and event behavior.
Understand strikes and optional trailers
A Community Guidelines strike can affect a scheduled Premiere: during the penalty period, YouTube sets it to private, and you must reschedule after the freeze period. Check your channel status if a scheduled event does not publish as expected.

Or let it run in the cloud
A Premiere is a scheduled release of one finished video. If what you need instead is a YouTube channel kept live 24/7 from uploaded videos, StreamNeo is a separate cloud service: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It loops the uploaded video from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. It streams the upload as made, up to 4K 60fps, at one price per slot; it can automatically recover if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card. Monthly pricing is $9.99 per month.
