Set up the prerecorded broadcast
- Create a project: In LiveReacting Studio, start a new project.
- Add content: Add a video layer with the prerecorded video you want to broadcast. The 24/7 guide also describes looping one video or playing multiple video and audio items in sequence.
- Connect YouTube: Open Stream Settings and connect the YouTube channel where the broadcast should appear. You can connect one or more streaming channels, but check the selected destination before scheduling.
- Set stream details: Enter the stream title and description, then choose “I’ll stop my stream manually” under duration if the broadcast should continue until you stop it.
LiveReacting describes its servers as continuing the broadcast after you close the browser. That is a description of the service’s workflow, not independent verification of uninterrupted uptime.

Schedule a single start
- In Stream Settings, open the scheduling controls and select the date and time when the stream should begin.
- Check the device’s time zone before entering the time. The regular YouTube scheduling control is described by LiveReacting as using the device’s time zone, so convert the intended start time if you are planning against another zone.
- Enable Create live announcement if you want the scheduled event to appear on your channel in advance so viewers can find and promote it. The announcement uses the project image.
- Review the destination channel, title, description, start time and manual-stop duration, then schedule the project.
LiveReacting’s help guide says this basic YouTube scheduling option supports starts up to two weeks ahead. If the desired date is farther away, or you need multiple dates, use Advanced Scheduling if your plan includes it.

Use Advanced Scheduling for a multi-date or repeat broadcast rather than creating each run as a separate basic schedule. LiveReacting’s help page states that Advanced Scheduling requires the Medium plan or higher, permits scheduling up to four weeks ahead, and requires at least three minutes between scheduled streams. Plan availability and subscription terms can change, so confirm the current plan details before subscribing.

Choose how each run handles content progress
Advanced Scheduling documents a Keep stream progress option for multi-date and repeat scheduling. Decide whether a later run should continue from the prior point in the project or follow the start-over behavior you intend. Check this setting against your playlist and schedule before publishing; the wrong choice can make repeated broadcasts begin at an unexpected place.
Account for the saved project snapshot
LiveReacting says advanced multi-date and repeat schedules preserve a snapshot of the project. Certain stream settings cannot be edited after scheduling. If you need to change affected settings, you may have to cancel the impacted broadcasts, update the project, and schedule them again. Finalize the content and stream configuration before creating a large batch of scheduled runs.

Understand YouTube replay limits for a 24/7 broadcast
LiveReacting’s support page says YouTube streams have no duration limit, but a stream longer than 12 hours will not be archived. Do not rely on YouTube to provide a complete replay of one uninterrupted 24/7 stream. If viewers need an on-demand copy, keep and publish the source recording separately or plan a shorter broadcast format; the cited guidance does not establish a way to obtain a full replay of a stream exceeding 12 hours.

Troubleshoot scheduling and continuity
- The stream starts at the wrong hour: Check the device time zone used when setting the basic scheduled start and recalculate the time for the intended zone.
- You cannot schedule far enough ahead: The basic YouTube scheduler is stated to allow up to two weeks ahead. Advanced Scheduling is stated to extend that horizon to four weeks, subject to plan availability.
- A repeat schedule will not accept closely spaced runs: Keep at least three minutes between scheduled broadcasts, as required by LiveReacting’s Advanced Scheduling guide.
- A scheduled project no longer reflects your edits: Advanced schedules can retain a project snapshot, and certain stream settings may not be editable afterward. Cancel affected scheduled broadcasts, make the changes, and schedule them again if necessary.
- A later run resumes at an unexpected point: Review the Keep stream progress setting for the multi-date or repeat schedule and set the behavior to match the intended run.
- The broadcast has no complete YouTube replay: A stream longer than 12 hours is not archived according to LiveReacting’s support guidance. Keep a separate recording if an on-demand copy matters.
- The channel cannot be connected or scheduled: Check the channel’s current live-streaming eligibility and account status in YouTube Studio. Eligibility can depend on the account, and the available documentation does not establish every channel’s requirements.
