To save a Gujarati webpage as a PDF on a Windows PC, open it in Chrome or Edge, press Ctrl+P, choose the PDF destination shown in the print dialog, check the preview, and save. You do not need to change Windows’ display language just to export the page.
Save a Gujarati webpage as PDF in Chrome
- Open the webpage in Google Chrome.
- Press Ctrl+P.
- In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the destination.
- Check the preview and any print settings you need, then select Save and choose a folder and filename.
Google documents both the Ctrl+P print workflow and the Save as PDF destination in Chrome Help. Chrome’s More tools > Save page as command saves a webpage file; it is not the same as printing the page to PDF.

Save it as PDF in Microsoft Edge
- Open the webpage in Microsoft Edge.
- Press Ctrl+P, or select Settings and more > Print.
- Inspect the preview and print options. Choose the PDF destination shown in your dialog, then save the file.
Depending on the browser and dialog, the destination may be labelled Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF. In Edge, you can also choose Print using system dialog if you need the Windows print dialog. Microsoft describes these routes and print settings in its Edge printing guide; the CFPB’s Windows PDF instructions also note that the exact PDF option depends on the browser.

Check Gujarati text and page layout before sharing
Print previews and saved PDFs can vary with the website’s layout and content. Before sharing, inspect the preview, save the PDF, and open it to check that Gujarati characters, page breaks, images, and links appear acceptably. If the Edge printout includes navigation or ads, try Immersive Reader for a less cluttered print view when it is available for that site. Microsoft cautions that “Immersive Reader may not be available for all websites.”

Adding Gujarati through Windows Settings > Time & language > Language & region is a separate language setup task, not a required step in the browser’s PDF export workflow. Microsoft explains language setup in its Windows language packs guide. The available instructions do not establish a universal fix for every Gujarati rendering issue, so check the actual saved file rather than assuming a language setting will correct its appearance.
If you cannot find a PDF destination
On an older Windows version that does not have the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer, use Chrome’s own Save as PDF destination instead. The CFPB documents this fallback in its PDF instructions. In either browser, choose the PDF option actually visible in the dialog rather than looking for one fixed label.
