On desktop Brave, open the page and choose Menu > Print (or press Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or ⌘+P on macOS). In the print dialog, select the PDF destination offered by your operating system, review the available settings, and confirm to save the file.
Save a webpage as a PDF in desktop Brave
- Open the webpage you want to keep in Brave.
- Open the print dialog using one of these options:
- Choose Menu > Print.
- On Windows or Linux, press Ctrl+P.
- On macOS, press ⌘+P.
- In the print window, choose the PDF destination provided by your operating system. The destination label and save prompt can vary by system and print dialog; there is no single label that applies to every setup.
- Review any settings offered in the dialog, then confirm the print action. If prompted, choose where to save the PDF and give it a filename.

Print to PDF is different from Save Page
Brave’s Ctrl+S shortcut on Windows and Linux, or ⌘+S on macOS, opens options to save the current webpage. That is a separate command from opening the print dialog. To create a PDF using the documented desktop workflow, use Print and select the PDF destination there. The shortcuts are listed separately in Brave Help Center: What keyboard shortcuts can I use in Brave?.
What to do if you cannot find the PDF option
- Look in the operating system’s print destination list. The PDF choice is supplied through the print workflow, and its name and save interaction can differ. Do not assume the dialog will use one universal label.
- Check that you opened Print, not Save Page. Return to the webpage and use Menu > Print or the platform’s print shortcut.
- Review the options shown by your print dialog. Brave’s instructions defer destination selection and print settings to that window.
