These are general Mac instructions; they are not EPFO-specific guidance.
Capture the visible EPFO page
- Open the relevant page in your browser and position the information you need on screen. Where possible, keep unrelated personal or account details out of the area you plan to capture.
- Choose a capture shortcut:
- Press Shift-Command-3 to capture the entire screen.
- Press Shift-Command-4, drag across the page area, and release to capture a selected region.
- Find and review the image. Screenshots go to the desktop by default. Open the saved image and check that it includes the details you need and does not reveal unrelated information.
Apple documents these Mac screenshot controls, but the procedure is not an EPFO-specific instruction. The exact portal page and any portal-specific restrictions are not established here.

Choose a capture type or change where it saves
Press Shift-Command-5 to open Screenshot controls. Use the controls to capture the whole screen, a window, or a selected area. To change the default save destination, open Options in the Screenshot controls and choose a location. See Apple’s Take a screenshot on Mac guide for the documented controls and options.

The cited Mac screenshot controls cover the screen, a window, or a selected area; they do not document a one-image, full-page webpage capture. Scroll through the portal page and take additional screenshots of the sections you need. Review the images afterward to make sure the information is legible and that the sequence makes sense.

Screenshot or saved webpage: which do you need?
A screenshot is an image of what was visible on screen. If instead you want a webpage file, Safari provides different save formats under File > Save As:
- Web Archive: saves page graphics and links. Links work while their destination pages remain available.
- Page Source: saves the HTML source, not a visual screenshot of the page.
These Safari formats are not substitutes for a screenshot image. Apple explains them in Save part or all of a webpage in Safari on Mac.
