To review consent settings in Flo, open Menu or your avatar → Edit info → Privacy settings → Manage your consents. Be careful before withdrawing consent for health-data processing: Flo says this directs you to delete your account. If you want to keep a copy of your history, request an export before making that change. Partner sharing, advertising-related controls, and Anonymous Mode are separate options with different effects.
Review your in-app consent settings
- Open Menu or tap your avatar.
- Select Edit info.
- Scroll to Privacy settings, then select it.
- Choose Manage your consents to review the available choices.
This route comes from Flo’s consent instructions, updated 19 March 2026. Menu names or placement can vary by app version, operating system, or region. If the route does not match your screen, contact Flo through the app or use its legal documents and privacy policies portal to find the relevant support channel.

Understand what withdrawing health-data consent means
Flo says it relies on consent to process health information. Its support instructions say that withdrawing this consent directs you to delete your account; Flo’s Privacy Policy also says consent can be withdrawn by contacting Flo or by deleting the account in the app. This is not simply an advertising preference: account deletion is consequential and, once processing begins, Flo says it cannot be undone.
If you may want your cycle or other account history later, request a data export before proceeding. Deletion and privacy requests are covered by Flo’s Privacy Policy, effective 31 August 2026.

Stop sharing with a partner without changing other settings
- Open the Partner tab.
- Tap Stop sharing.
Flo says the partner will no longer see your data after you stop sharing. This action does not cancel a Flo subscription. If you also want to end a paid subscription, the person who pays must cancel it separately. See Flo’s partner-sharing instructions, updated 17 March 2026.
Check advertising-related controls on your device
Some advertising-related settings are controlled through your device rather than a single Flo consent switch. Flo’s policy describes controls related to AppsFlyer, Firebase and linked Google services, TikTok Ad Manager, and Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency. The specific control and route depend on your device and the service, so consult the applicable device settings and Flo’s Privacy Policy rather than assuming one switch covers every service.

Use other privacy rights or request deletion
Flo says users can request access, correction, portability, objection, or deletion through its website chatbot or support email; some changes and deletion can also be requested in app settings. Its Privacy Policy says it handles requests within one month. Complete removal from backup systems may take up to 90 days. These are Flo’s stated service-policy timelines, not guarantees that every request will be completed sooner.
Because deletion cannot be undone after processing begins, export your data first if you may need it. For the applicable channels and policy details, consult Flo’s Privacy Policy and privacy portal. The portal distinguishes the app’s main Privacy Policy from the website cookie policy and lists additional notices for residents of certain US states.
