Try these pairing checks first
These are general troubleshooting steps, not a confirmed factory reset for the E51. Try them in order:

- Check charging and seating. Put both earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are seated properly. Charge the case and earbuds if needed before trying again.
- Cycle Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone or other host device, then turn it back on.
- Remove the saved pairing. Open the host device’s Bluetooth settings, find the old HOPPUP E51 entry, and choose the option to forget or remove it. Then reopen the earbud case and search for the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth settings.
- Test another host device. Try pairing with a different phone or tablet. If the earbuds pair there, the first device may be the source of the issue. If they fail on multiple devices, contact HOPPUP for model-specific reset or service guidance.
Forgetting the E51 in Bluetooth settings removes that device’s saved pairing entry; it does not factory-reset the earbuds. These preliminary checks are consistent with general advice in a HOPPUP manual for another model, but that manual says reset procedures vary by model: HOPPUP manual troubleshooting reference.

The AirDoze E51 is a HOPPUP true wireless earbud model. Available product and manufacturer sources do not establish an E51-specific factory-reset gesture, how long to hold a control, or what LED response confirms a reset. A procedure for the AirDoze F50, Z50, Venom, or another model is not evidence of the E51’s procedure. For example, the F50 manual describes a five-second touch action for that model only; it does not confirm how to reset or enter pairing mode on the E51. Get the E51-specific reset procedure
Check the user manual included with your E51, or contact HOPPUP and ask for the AirDoze E51 factory-reset steps and the expected reset indicator. HOPPUP’s official site currently lists [email protected] and +91 93542 56077. Contact details can change, so confirm them on the official site or the paperwork supplied with your earbuds before relying on them.
