As of October 4, 2026, the latest financial period available here is the six months ended June 30, 2026; Stellantis scheduled its next results update for October 28, 2026.
1. Identify the share listing you plan to buy
Stellantis N.V. common shares trade under different tickers on three exchanges: STLA on the New York Stock Exchange, STLAM on Euronext Milan and STLAP on Euronext Paris. The European share ISIN is NL00150001Q9. Check the exchange, trading currency, fees and any tax treatment relevant to your account before comparing prices or placing an order. A ticker alone may not identify the listing you intend to trade.

2. Start with the latest filing, not an old headline
Use the company’s financial reports page to locate the 2026 Interim Report for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. Read the income statement, cash flow statement, industrial liquidity and financial position, segment discussion, non-GAAP reconciliations and risk disclosures. Then use the 2025 Annual Report and Form 20-F for fuller context on the company’s business and risks.
The interim report is the latest period reviewed here. Stellantis’ investor calendar lists Q3 2026 results for October 28, 2026, so those results are not included in the figures below. Recheck the calendar and read the release when it becomes available before making a decision based on this snapshot.

3. Separate statutory profit from adjusted performance
Stellantis reports IFRS net profit or loss alongside adjusted operating income (AOI) and industrial free cash flow (IFCF). Keep them in separate columns in your notes rather than treating one as a substitute for another:
- IFRS net profit or loss is the statutory bottom-line result.
- AOI is a company-defined, non-GAAP operating measure that excludes specified unusual operating items, net financial expense and tax.
- IFCF is the company’s measure of industrial cash generation after specified investments and adjustments.
Stellantis cautions that its adjusted measures may not be comparable with similarly named measures from other companies and should not replace IFRS measures. Read the company’s reconciliations to see what it excluded in each period; do not assume that an excluded item has no economic consequence.

4. Put the difficult 2025 baseline beside the 2026 interim results
The figures below are company-reported. Stellantis marked its February 26, 2026 full-year results unaudited. FY2025 covers the year ended December 31, 2025; H1 2026 covers the six months ended June 30, 2026. These are different-length periods, so the table is a snapshot of reported results, not a like-for-like growth comparison.

| Measure | FY2025 | H1 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Net revenues | €153.5 billion; down 2% for FY2025 | €81.614 billion |
| IFRS net result | €22.3 billion net loss | €670 million net profit |
| Adjusted operating income | €842 million adjusted operating loss | €1.733 billion |
| Industrial free cash flow | Negative €4.5 billion | Negative €921 million |
Stellantis attributed the FY2025 net loss principally to €25.4 billion of unusual charges. That figure does not make the loss irrelevant: the charges reflect business decisions and conditions that investors should understand, even when they are excluded from an adjusted measure. CEO Antonio Filosa described the result in the company’s February 26, 2026 release as reflecting “the cost of over-estimating the pace of the energy transition” and the need to reset the business around customer choice across electric, hybrid and internal-combustion technologies. This is management’s characterization, not an independent assessment.

Understand the reset charges before accepting adjusted earnings
The company said approximately €22.2 billion of charges excluded from AOI in H2 2025 included around €6.5 billion expected to be paid in cash over four years. The €22.2 billion figure is for charges excluded from AOI in the second half; €25.4 billion is the full-year unusual-charge figure. They have different periods and scopes, so they should not be added together or treated as interchangeable. Check the report’s reconciliation and cash-flow disclosures to understand what was recognized, excluded and expected to require cash.
5. Test cash generation against liquidity and financial position
Liquidity can provide room to operate, but it does not by itself show that the business is generating cash or establish its overall financial resilience. Compare it with IFCF and the company’s financial position, while noting that Stellantis’ industrial net financial position excludes balances of financial-services entities.
Rank #4
| Date or period | Industrial available liquidity | Industrial net financial position |
|---|---|---|
| December 31, 2025 | €45.711 billion in the interim report; the FY2025 results release rounded this to €46 billion | €6.694 billion |
| June 30, 2026 | €44.145 billion | €10.035 billion |
The company also issued hybrid perpetual notes in three tranches in March 2026. Review the interim report’s capital-structure disclosures alongside liquidity and cash flow rather than inferring solvency from a single balance-sheet figure.
6. Turn FaSTLAne 2030 into testable milestones
Stellantis presented FaSTLAne 2030 in May 2026. Its figures are management targets, not achieved results or guaranteed forecasts:
Best Value
| Target | What to check in later reports |
|---|---|
| Positive industrial free cash flow in 2027 | Whether IFCF improves, what drives the change, and whether cash generation is sustained rather than concentrated in one period. |
| €6 billion annual cost reductions by 2028 versus 2025 | Progress against the 2025 baseline, where reductions come from, and whether they are offset by pricing, warranty, investment or other costs. |
| €190 billion revenue and a 7% AOI margin in 2030 | Revenue development, operating profitability and the business mix needed to reach both targets. |
The strategy emphasizes brand-portfolio choices, investment in platforms, powertrains and technology, partnerships, manufacturing footprint, execution and regional empowerment. Track launch cadence, product mix, quality, capacity use, regional sales and margins, and cash conversion to see whether those priorities are producing measurable progress. The company warns that forward-looking statements involve risks and actual results may differ materially.

Stellantis’ 2025 Annual Report and 2026 Interim Report identify risks; their disclosure does not mean a particular event will occur. For each one, ask how it could change unit volumes, pricing, costs, investment requirements or cash flow:
- Demand and competition: cyclical demand, competitive pressure and the difficulty of forecasting demand for electrified vehicles can affect sales, mix and margins.
- Trade, supply and operating conditions: tariffs, currency and interest-rate movements, and supply interruptions can affect costs, production and financing.
- Transition and regulation: changing regulation and incentives, uncertain returns on electrification investment and policy divergence can impair the returns on capital committed to the transition.
- Product and funding exposure: warranty or product-liability claims, cybersecurity risks and access to financing or funding can create costs or constrain operations.
Compare how the company describes these exposures over time with reported segment performance, cash flow, investment and any updated disclosures.

- IFRS profitability alongside adjusted operating performance.
- Industrial free cash flow and capital expenditure.
- Industrial liquidity, debt and financial-services exposure.
- Product launches, quality and cost-reduction delivery.
- Regional powertrain mix and the economics of electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Dividends and other capital returns.
- Valuation using a share price with a stated date and consistent assumptions.
The reported figures and strategy targets above do not establish a current share valuation or a buy recommendation. Before deciding, obtain a live price for the listing you plan to trade and state the date and assumptions behind any valuation measure.
