Choose the reason that most closely matches the concern, then select Next.

If Airbnb asks for more information, describe what you observed, then select Submit.

What reasons can you report?
Airbnb’s report options cover concerns such as inappropriate or misleading content or photos, a listing that is not a real place to stay, and scam or phishing attempts. Choose the closest match and give specific details when the form offers a place to do so.

Use the reporting route that matches the problem
Problem during an active reservation
A general listing report is not a substitute for getting help with an issue during a stay. Use Airbnb’s separate guidance for problems during a reservation.

Immediate danger or urgent safety concern
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. For a safety issue during an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb also directs guests to its dedicated 24-hour safety line. See Airbnb’s safety guidance.
Suspicious message
Open Messages, open the conversation, and use the three-dot menu on the message to report it. Choose a reason, add details if requested, and submit. For most reasons, Airbnb offers an option to block the sender from messaging you again. Follow Airbnb’s instructions for reporting a message.
Suspicious host or guest profile
Open the person’s profile, select its report control, choose a reason, provide details if asked, and submit. Airbnb explains the process in its profile-reporting instructions.
Concern about a listing in your neighborhood
If you do not have an Airbnb account and need to report a community disturbance, Airbnb identifies Neighborhood Support as the primary channel. Use Airbnb Neighborhood Support.

For a suspicious website, report the website URL through Airbnb’s phishing-report route. Go to Airbnb directly instead of clicking a suspicious link, and keep communication, booking, and payment on Airbnb.

What happens after you submit?
Airbnb’s listing-report instructions say it may ask for additional details before submission, but do not promise a particular review time or outcome. The cited guidance also does not specify an evidence standard or appeal route for a listing report. A report therefore should not be treated as a guarantee that Airbnb will remove a listing.
