Report suspected cheating through the in-game menu: open Social → Recent from the Lobby, select the player, choose Report, pick a reason, add a short description, and submit. Embark’s published instructions don’t establish that you can attach screenshots or video through this report form, so describe the incident clearly rather than assuming an upload is available.
How to report a player in ARC Raiders
- From the Lobby, open Social.
- Select the Recent tab and find the player you want to report.
- Select the player’s name, then choose Report.
- Choose the closest report reason and enter a short description of what happened.
- Submit the report.

What to include in the description
Keep the description concise and factual. Say what you directly observed and identify the incident as clearly as the form allows. For example, describe the behavior that seemed impossible or suspicious, rather than stating as fact that the player cheated when you cannot know how it happened.
Embark’s documented flow asks for a report reason and short description. It does not specify a match ID field, screenshot or video attachment, or separate evidence-upload option. The instructions therefore do not establish a way to submit a clip with this report. If the current game interface offers additional options, follow what it shows; otherwise, use the description field.

What happens after you report
Embark says reports are reviewed and verified before action, and that mass reports alone cannot cause a ban. In its September 30, 2026 anti-cheat update, the studio says it acts when it has enough evidence that a player is cheating. Aleks, the update’s author, wrote: “When we have enough evidence that a player is cheating, we take action.”
If action is taken against a player you reported, an Action Notice may appear in your in-game inbox. This is separate from loot compensation: if a confirmed cheater knocked you out, an automated Loot Compensation message may return the items you had at the time. Compensation is automatic when applicable; you do not need to report the player to receive it, and support cannot manually issue or speed it up.
