Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsTo report a harmful or misleading app on Google Play, open its listing in the Play Store, tap More, choose Flag as inappropriate, select the closest reason and submit. Use Google’s separate reporting route for suspected developer-policy violations or illegal content and rights issues.
Flag an app from its Google Play listing
- Open the app or game’s page in the Google Play Store.
- Tap More, then Flag as inappropriate.
- Select the reason that best fits your concern and submit the flag.
Google describes app flags as a way to bring an issue or possible policy violation to its team’s attention for review and potential action—not simply to register that you dislike an app. See Google Play Help’s instructions for flagging apps and reviews.

Choose the reporting route that fits the concern
| Concern | Where to report | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| A general concern about an app, such as harmful or misleading behavior | The app’s Play Store listing: More → Flag as inappropriate | Send the issue to Google for review and possible action. Google Play Help |
| A suspected Google Play Developer Program policy violation | Google’s separate developer-policy reporting guidance; use the Report Inappropriate Apps form for other Google Play violations | Google says submitted information is forwarded to a specialist for further review. Copyright infringement, trademark infringement and inappropriate reviews have specific routes described on that page. |
| Potentially illegal content or a violation of your rights | Google Play Help’s relevant illegal-content or rights reporting route | Report the legal or rights issue through its dedicated channel rather than relying only on the ordinary app flag. |
The developer-policy route is for Google Play. For a suspected violation involving another Google product, Google says to contact that product’s appropriate team.

What may count as misleading
Google’s Deceptive Behavior policy prohibits false or misleading claims in places such as an app’s title, icon, description or screenshots. Its examples include an app that misrepresents what it does, promises functionality it cannot provide, falsely claims affiliation with a government or established organization, or imitates another app or website to trick people into disclosing personal or authentication information.

- Please note, this device does not support E-SIM; This 4G model is compatible with all GSM networks worldwide outside of the U.S. In the US, ONLY compatible with T-Mobile and their MVNO's (Metro and Standup). It will NOT work with other CDMA carriers, and it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc).
- Compatibility with certain third-party devices and accessibility accessories, including some hearing aids, may vary depending on manufacturer support, Bluetooth protocols, software compatibility, and regional firmware limitations. For additional hearing aid compatibility information, please refer to Samsung’s official support documentation.
- Camera: 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.76", 0.64µm, AF | 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.76", 0.64µm, AF | 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro). Battery: 5000 mAh, non-removable | A power adapter is NOT included.
Google’s Metadata policy also addresses misleading, irrelevant, excessive or inappropriate metadata, including the app’s title, icon, description, developer name, screenshots and promotional images. You do not need to decide conclusively whether a rule was broken to report what you observed. Describe the claim, what happened instead and where you saw the mismatch.
A report is not the same as a public review
A flag brings a concern to Google; a public review shares your genuine experience with other Play users to help them decide whether to download or buy the app. Google says public reviews display the reviewer’s Google Account name and image. A review can describe a real experience, but it is not a substitute for reporting a safety or policy concern.

What to expect after submitting
Google may use a flag for review and potential action, but its guidance does not guarantee removal, a particular investigation, a response time or a specific outcome. Google says it may not send an individual reply, while still using feedback to improve Google Play.
