Identify the account and specific record, then state exactly what you want changed or removed.
How to request a correction or deletion
Ultrahuman’s Privacy Policy, last updated 13 September 2026, says users may request correction or deletion of their information. It does not describe an in-app editing path or publish a required form. Make the request in writing so you can clearly identify the record and keep a copy of what you sent.

- Choose the request type and contact. For deletion, the policy directs users to [email protected]. For correction or a broader exercise of privacy rights, contact [email protected]. If a record displayed in the app needs correction, copying support is reasonable, but the policy does not prescribe that routing.
- Identify the account and record. Include the email address associated with your Ultrahuman account and enough detail to locate the information, such as the report, metric, or date.
- State the action clearly. For a correction, say what the record currently shows and what you believe it should show. For deletion, identify the information you want removed.
- Ask for confirmation and relevant details. Ask Ultrahuman to confirm receipt and, if useful, whether the information was shared with business partners or service providers and whether you need to contact any recipient directly.
The details above are practical drafting guidance, not a mandatory checklist published by Ultrahuman.

What a deletion request can and cannot guarantee
Ultrahuman says it keeps information as long as necessary to provide its products and services or as required by applicable law. It may retain some information for fraud prevention, preventing future abuse, legal requirements, contractual obligations, or other legitimate purposes; it may also retain anonymized or aggregated information. The policy says Ultrahuman will notify you when a deletion request has been processed, but gives no fixed processing deadline and does not promise complete or immediate deletion.

When the record may be held somewhere else
A copy may exist outside Ultrahuman. Its policy says information held by business partners and certain service providers may not be within Ultrahuman’s control or be deletable by the company. You can ask Ultrahuman which recipients received the specific information, then contact those organizations separately if you want their copies addressed.

If the information came from a clinician or laboratory
If a disputed laboratory report, clinician record, or source measurement could affect your care, contact the originating laboratory or healthcare provider separately to request correction of the source record. Correcting information shown in Ultrahuman is not a substitute for correcting the record held by its originator.

Ultrahuman’s Terms of Use say its app and services are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations. Treat the app request as a data correction or deletion request, not as a request for clinical guidance.

Ultrahuman’s Privacy Policy lists additional rights, including requesting details about information collected, asking why it was collected, seeking restricted processing, learning the categories of entities with which information was shared and the reason for disclosure, requesting a portable copy, objecting to processing such as direct marketing, and withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent. Rights and complaint routes can vary by jurisdiction. The policy says EEA and UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority and identifies the ICO for the UK; check the policy for the route that applies to your location.

That statement alone does not determine your legal rights or the status of every company that may hold a copy.
