On iPhone, open the page in Safari and pull down from the top of the page. On Mac, choose View > Reload Page or press Command-R.
Refresh a page on iPhone
- Open the page in Safari.
- Pull down from the top of the page until it refreshes.
Safari’s address bar can appear at the top or bottom of the screen, so use the page itself as the starting point rather than relying on a fixed address-bar position. Apple’s iPhone Safari guide describes the pull-down gesture.

Reload a page on Mac
- Bring Safari to the front and open the page you want to reload.
- Choose View > Reload Page, or press Command-R.
If the shortcut does not work as expected, use the menu command; keyboard shortcuts can vary with language and keyboard layout. See Apple’s Mac Safari troubleshooting guidance and its Safari keyboard shortcut reference.

If reloading does not fix the page
A refresh asks Safari to load the page again; it cannot resolve every cause of a page that will not load or display correctly.
#1 Best Overall
- This phone is unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice on GSM and CDMA networks (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular, Cricket, Metro, Tracfone, Mint Mobile, etc.).
- Please check with your carrier to verify compatibility.
- The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a generic (Mfi certified) charging cable.
- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
- Try closing and reopening Safari. Apple recommends this if Safari does not reload a page as expected.
- Check whether the issue is limited to one website. If so, the problem may need attention from that site’s owner.
- For continued problems, follow Apple’s symptom-specific troubleshooting. Its guidance covers possible issues with website data, extensions, browser settings, Private Relay, VPN or security software, and network settings.
- Be cautious before removing website data. It can affect saved site state; make sure you know your sign-in details before deleting data for an affected site.
Apple says Safari 26 and later can also offer a Report a Website Issue flow after you reload. The option is version-dependent. Read Apple’s current Mac troubleshooting steps.
Or skip the browser setup
