2. Copy your User ID

6. Check the in-game mailbox

For NHY666, the October 10 listing already says expired, so repeated attempts are unlikely to change the outcome. For madochro8888, the dated report says active, but no live test confirms that status after the guide’s update.

The code is accepted but the mailbox is empty
- Wait briefly, then refresh or reopen the in-game mailbox.
- Return to the main screen and open the mailbox again after restarting the app.
- Check every mailbox category or page the game displays, not only the newest message.
