Choose the contact route for your issue
Start with the Help Center category that matches your problem, such as fundraiser setup and management, transfers, donations, account settings, or Trust & Safety. Open a relevant article and choose Contact us to begin the support flow.

How the Contact us process works
- Open the GoFundMe Help Center and find an article relevant to your issue.
- Select Contact us and follow the prompts with Ray, GoFundMe’s HelperBot.
- Describe the problem and provide the requested information. If Ray cannot solve it, it gathers details and connects you with a human support team member by chat or email.
Use the email address associated with the account or donation. If you cannot identify it, provide possible alternate email addresses or the fundraiser link. GoFundMe says it can share account information only when communicating through the email address on file. If you are contacting support for someone else, include that person’s email address or ask them to contact GoFundMe directly.
Report a suspicious fundraiser through Trust & Safety
If you believe a fundraiser is fraudulent, use the dedicated reporting route rather than filing a report against your own fundraiser to reach support. GoFundMe warns that reporting your own fundraiser for this purpose can cause additional delays to that fundraiser.

Do not reply to a suspicious message. Forward suspicious emails to [email protected] or contact support through the Help Center. If you clicked a suspicious link or disclosed information, GoFundMe advises changing your GoFundMe and email passwords, contacting the team promptly, enabling multi-factor authentication on other accounts, and monitoring your banking activity.
