Garfield – Escape from Monday is a single-player 3D platformer available on PC through Steam. Play by exploring levels, jumping and climbing, rolling into a ball, and using costume abilities to cross obstacles. The specific keyboard bindings below come from a Steam Community guide, so check the game’s own prompts or control settings if a key behaves differently.
What you do in the game
Garfield is trapped in a nightmare after eating spinach lasagna. Explore its worlds and levels to find a way to wake up and get his taste for food back. The Steam listing describes three worlds and dozens of levels, along with enemies, lasagna to collect, and other items used to refurbish Jon’s house; it does not give an exact level count. Steam’s game listing describes the title as a platforming adventure.

The basic play loop is to move through a level, use Garfield’s movement and costume abilities to handle obstacles, contend with enemies, and collect items. Garfield’s friends Jon, Odie, Arlene, and Pookie appear in the game, while Nermal and Squeak are among the enemies. Microids announced the game as a 3D platforming adventure developed by OSome Studio and published by Microids, with PC among its platforms. Microids’ announcement provides the publisher’s overview.
How Garfield moves and what the costumes do
The Steam description identifies three core actions: jump, climb walls, and curl into a ball. Costumes add different ways to traverse levels. Match the ability to the obstacle or route in front of you:
