There is no native PC edition established by the sources checked. The official PlayStation Store lists Bloodborne as a PS4 game and marks it as Remote Play supported. On a PC, the most straightforward official route is to stream from a PS4 or PS5 you can access. PlayStation Plus Premium may offer another route if the game is currently eligible for PC streaming in your region. A third option, the shadPS4 emulator, is experimental and can require more setup and troubleshooting.

Use Remote Play if you can access a PlayStation
Remote Play sends the picture from a console to your PC and sends your controls back to the console. The game still runs on the PS4 or PS5; this is not a PC port. The PlayStation Store’s US listing identifies Bloodborne as a PS4 game and says Remote Play is supported. Check the listing for its current details in your market.

Sony’s Remote Play guidance covers Windows 10 and 11 and recent macOS versions. It sets a 5 Mbps minimum connection and recommends at least 15 Mbps for best performance. - Make sure you can access a PS4 or PS5 with Bloodborne available to play, and sign in to your PlayStation account.
- Install Sony’s PS Remote Play app on your Windows PC or Mac, then follow the app’s prompts to connect to the console.
- Connect a DUALSHOCK 4, DualSense, or DualSense Edge controller to the computer using a USB cable. Sony lists these controllers for PC/Mac Remote Play. Review Sony’s controller instructions.
- Start the game on the connected console and play through the Remote Play app. If the connection struggles, check network quality and compare it with Sony’s 15 Mbps recommendation for best performance.
Check PlayStation Plus streaming before subscribing for this game
Sony offers PC streaming for selected PlayStation Plus Premium catalog games, but that does not establish that Bloodborne is streamable on PC in every country—or that it is included in the catalog now. Catalog eligibility can change. Check the current local catalog entry for the game and confirm it specifically supports PC streaming before choosing this route. Sony’s US catalog page warns that some games may not be available to stream. Check the PlayStation Plus game catalog.

Sony’s PC streaming support guidance specifies a minimum broadband connection of 5 Mbps and a compatible controller. Streamed game add-ons and DLC cannot be used. Requirements and availability may vary by market, so consult the support information for your country. Read Sony’s PC access guidance.
Consider shadPS4 only if you are comfortable with emulation
shadPS4 is an early PS4 emulator for Windows, Linux, and macOS. Its project documentation says Bloodborne can run, but cautions users not to expect a flawless experience. The project’s compatibility information is the place to check for current status; emulator builds, game versions, patches, settings, and PC hardware can all affect the result. Emulation runs on your own computer rather than streaming from a console, but it is not the low-effort option. Expect to handle configuration and possible troubleshooting, and obtain game files lawfully. A PC Gamer report dated September 24, 2026 described one reviewer’s 30-hour playthrough at 1440p using shadPS4 and a launcher. That is a single reviewer’s account, not a performance benchmark or a promise for another PC or emulator setup. Read the report.
What about alternatives?
The evidence available here does not establish a native PC release or support a reliable list of substitute games. If you want to play Bloodborne without emulation, the supported route established here is playing the PS4 game on a compatible PlayStation and using Remote Play to view and control it on a computer. Check current hardware and game availability for your region before making a purchase.
