Pair the F-B100W through the CASIO WATCHES app, then connect the watch whenever you want to view its step data in the app. For first-time pairing, register the watch in the app and hold its C button for at least three seconds. The Bluetooth mark and [CNCT] flash while it connects; they stop flashing when the connection is established.
Before you start
- Install the CASIO WATCHES app and sign in with a CASIO ID, or register for one.
- Turn on Bluetooth in your phone’s settings.
- Keep the phone within one meter of the watch.
- When asked to choose a model, select F-B100W. The official support page identifies its operation guide as module 3589: Casio F-B100W-1A support.
Casio’s reviewed instructions do not specify current minimum Android or iOS versions or a complete phone-permissions list, so follow the prompts shown in your app.

How do I pair my Casio F-B100W with my phone?
- Open CASIO WATCHES and go to My Watch.
- Tap the + control and follow the app’s registration instructions.
- On the watch, hold button C for at least three seconds. Release it when the Bluetooth mark and [CNCT] begin flashing.
- Wait for the indicators to stop flashing. That indicates the watch is connected.
If [ERR] appears briefly and the watch returns to Timekeeping Mode, Casio’s instruction is to restart the pairing procedure from the beginning. See the module 3589 operation guide.

How do I sync steps from my Casio watch?
- Open CASIO WATCHES.
- Hold the F-B100W’s C button for at least three seconds, until the Bluetooth mark and [CNCT] flash.
- Once connected, follow the app’s on-screen instructions to display the step information.
The app can show 24-hour and weekly step counts and calories burned. The F-B100W product page describes transferring step counts and other watch data to a phone: Casio F-B100W product information. The guide describes connecting to view data; it does not establish continuous background step syncing.

Why are my Casio watch and app showing different step counts?
The watch’s count changes in real time, but Casio says there can be a delay before data transfers to the app. A difference immediately after connecting may therefore be temporary. Allow time for the transfer before treating a mismatch as a connection fault.
What step information does the F-B100W track?
Casio’s F-B100W specifications list a step display range of 0–999,999, a daily step target adjustable from 1,000 to 50,000 in 1,000-step increments, a step reminder, and a six-level hourly graph covering the past seven hours. If the watch will not connect
- The watch shows [ERR] during initial registration: restart pairing from the My Watch registration steps.
- The connection does not start: make sure CASIO WATCHES is open, Bluetooth is on, and the phone is within one meter of the watch.
- The app count has not caught up: allow for the documented transfer delay before trying to diagnose a mismatch.
- You are unsure which guide to use: check that the model is F-B100W and use the module 3589 guide linked above.
