To see Gemini-created tasks on your other devices, connect Google Workspace in Gemini, keep Gemini Activity on, and use the same Google account in Gemini and Google Tasks. Gemini’s documented task destination is Google Tasks; open Tasks on each device to check the list and confirm the task details.
How Gemini task syncing works
Gemini can add, show, edit, and delete tasks through the connected Google Workspace app. The tasks are managed in Google Tasks, so access the same Google account in Google Tasks on each device where you want to see the list. Google’s help does not specify a universal sync interval.

Gemini may also connect to Samsung Reminder on supported Samsung devices. That is a separate destination, not a promise that Samsung Reminder and Google Tasks will merge. If more than one task app is connected, name the one you intend to use.

Sign in to Gemini with the Google account you use for Google Tasks. On a computer, go to gemini.google.com; on mobile, use the Gemini app or site.

Ask Gemini to add or show a task. If Google Workspace is not connected, follow Gemini’s on-screen steps to connect it. Google’s instructions are available in Capture your tasks & reminders with Gemini Apps.

Make the destination explicit when helpful. For example, type “@Google Tasks, add [task] for [date/time]” or “What are my upcoming tasks?” In a new conversation, Google advises explicitly naming the Workspace service; you generally do not need to repeat it in follow-ups within that same chat.

Open Google Tasks on each device and sign in to the same account. Check the relevant list for the task Gemini added.

Verify the task name and due date or time in Google Tasks rather than relying only on Gemini’s response. Google cautions that “Gemini Apps can hallucinate responses or provide outdated information.”
Why a task may be missing on another device
The accounts do not match
Check the signed-in account in Gemini and Google Tasks on both devices. A task created through one Google account will not appear in a list opened under another account.
Google Workspace is not connected, or Activity is off
Gemini needs the Google Workspace connected app to access Google Tasks. Google also says Gemini cannot connect to supported task and reminder apps when Keep Activity is off. Review the connection and Activity settings in Gemini; the precise controls can vary by app and account.

Your work or school account is restricted
For an organization account, access can depend on the Workspace edition, administrator-enabled access, and Keep Activity. Google notes that Gmail Smart features may also need to be on. See Google’s Workspace connection guidance and its work or school account requirements.

Connected App availability varies by account type, Workspace edition, location, language, device, and Gemini app. Google says Keep Activity off disables Connected Apps on gemini.google.com and iOS. Task and reminder connected apps are not available in Gemini in Google Messages. Check Connected Apps availability and the mobile Gemini instructions for the specific app and device you are using.
Gemini sent the task to a different destination
On supported Samsung devices, Gemini may work with Samsung Reminder as well as Google Tasks. If the task is not in the Google Tasks list, check whether you requested or connected Samsung Reminder. The two destinations should not be assumed to synchronize with each other; Samsung support also depends on device and software restrictions described in Google’s mobile instructions.

Start a new Gemini conversation and explicitly name “@Google Tasks” when adding or checking a task.

Open Google Tasks directly and check the intended list, including the task’s date.

If using a work or school account, check organization access and the applicable Workspace requirements.

If using Gemini in Google Messages, switch to the Gemini app or site for task connected-app features.
