Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteConnect your WordPress site to Hostinger Reach with the Hostinger Reach plugin, then add a Reach form or connect an existing supported form plugin. Hostinger-hosted sites can start in Hostinger’s Email marketing → Integrations → WordPress screen; sites hosted elsewhere can connect from the Reach dashboard or WordPress admin. If the one-click connection is unavailable, use the plugin’s API-token option.
Before you start
- Have administrator access to the WordPress site and a Hostinger Reach account.
- Decide whether to create a Reach-native form or keep an existing form from a supported plugin.
- For a native form, create it in Reach Form Builder or begin from the WordPress plugin. The form must be active to display. Hostinger recommends the Block Editor or Elementor for straightforward placement.
Hostinger’s current integration instructions are in its WordPress and Reach integration guide. Hostinger notes that temporary-domain sites can appear in the connection dropdown, so the site does not need to be live on a custom domain first.
Connect WordPress to Reach
If your WordPress site is hosted by Hostinger
- In Hostinger, open Email marketing → Integrations → WordPress.
- Select the WordPress site from the dropdown. Hostinger says it will install the plugin automatically if it is not already installed.
- Follow the redirect to the WordPress Admin dashboard and complete the plugin connection.
If your site is hosted elsewhere
- In the Reach dashboard, choose Connect site from another provider and follow the plugin installation instructions. Alternatively, in WordPress Admin, search for Hostinger Reach Plugin, install it, and activate it.
- Start the site connection through the plugin or Reach flow and follow the prompts.
- If the one-click connection is unavailable or fails, select Connect with API token in the plugin. Generate a token in the API Tokens area of the Reach dashboard, paste it into the plugin, and confirm.
Hostinger documents the token route as the manual fallback for environments where one-click connection is unsupported. See the official connection instructions for the current flow.
Add a Reach form to a WordPress page
From the Hostinger Reach plugin
- In WordPress, open Hostinger → Reach and select Add form.
- Choose an existing form or create one, then select an existing page or create a new page.
- Confirm the selection and publish the page.
With the Block Editor
- Edit the page where the form should appear.
- Add the Reach Subscription Form block.
- Select Use Form builder template, then choose or create a form and continue.
- Publish or update the page.
With Elementor
- Edit the page in Elementor and add the Hostinger Reach widget.
- Choose a form template and continue through the prompts.
- Publish or update the page.
You can also start a form in Hostinger → Reach → Form Builder → Create a Form, design and save it in Reach Form Builder, then return to the page editor to select it. Form edits made in Reach are reflected on the WordPress site, so you do not need to embed the form again after changing its design. Hostinger’s subscription form instructions cover form setup and placement.

Keep an existing WordPress form
If you already use a form plugin, connecting it may let you retain your current forms instead of replacing them. Reach’s current integration documentation lists Contact Form 7, WPForms Lite, Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce checkout, Ninja Forms, Forminator, Sure Forms, WSForms, Brave Popup Builder, OptinMonster, and Thrive Leads. Check the current Reach integration guide for the supported list, connect the plugin in Reach, and verify that its forms are syncing. Hostinger says supported existing forms can sync new submissions after connection.
Use the HTML embed route when needed
Manual embedding is an alternative if you are not using the Block Editor or Elementor. It requires editing the active theme’s footer as well as the page itself.

- In Reach, edit the form, make sure it is active, and choose Embed. Copy the onsite tracking script and form embed code.
- Add the tracking script to the active theme’s
footer.phpbefore</body>. If that closing tag is absent, Hostinger’s instructions say to add the script at the end of the file. You can use the WordPress Theme File Editor or Hostinger File Manager; if multiplefooter.phpfiles exist, use the one in the active theme. - Add the form embed code to a WordPress Custom HTML block or an Elementor HTML widget, then update or publish the page.
- Open the published page and check that the form loads.
If the form does not appear, check that it is active, that the tracking script is in the correct theme file, and that the embed code was pasted and saved. Hostinger’s form guide describes the embed route. The plugin’s native block or widget avoids editing theme files.

- Submissions from native Reach forms sync to the Reach audience. Supported third-party forms can also sync new contacts; Reach organizes contacts into segments and tags for audience management.
- Manage the WordPress connection from the plugin overview. Campaign statistics are available in the Reach dashboard.
- Hostinger’s current integration guide states that one Reach account can manage a single newsletter and connect only one WordPress site at a time. This limit matters if you manage several sites.
- WooCommerce checkout can collect subscription opt-ins, and Reach documents purchase-related automations such as abandoned-cart email sequences. If checkout contacts are not syncing, confirm that WooCommerce setup is complete.
Reach forms are intended for consent-based subscriptions. Hostinger’s form guidance describes email as required, other fields such as name as optional, and a consent checkbox depending on region. Use an explicit opt-in appropriate to your audience and applicable rules; a general contact inquiry is not the same as newsletter consent. See Hostinger’s form field guidance and integration documentation.
