To let someone work on one website without sharing access to your other sites, use the website’s sharing control in the dashboard: open Websites, find the site, choose its sharing option, enter the collaborator’s email address, and send the invitation. They must accept the email invitation before access is granted.
Invite someone from the Websites list
- Sign in to the hosting dashboard and open Websites.
- Find the website you want to share and select the sharing control beside its row.
- Enter the collaborator’s email address and send the invitation.
- Ask the recipient to open the invitation email and follow its confirmation link. Access starts only after they accept.
This per-site route is documented for WordPress, Node.js, custom websites, and AI Builder sites in manual mode. AI Builder sites in agentic mode support sharing at the order level only. Dashboard labels or availability can change, so check the current interface if the sharing control is absent. See the task-specific sharing instructions.

Use Account Sharing if broader access is needed
Another route is Profile → Account Sharing → Give Access. Choose the services or particular websites to share, then send the invitation. The recipient must still accept it. Standard Account Sharing can cover an entire hosting plan, whereas the Agency collaborator option is intended to grant access to one website. Select the narrowest scope that gives the person what they need. Read the Account Sharing overview.

If the site or task does not support per-website sharing, technical access may be possible instead. FTP access is for working with website files; MySQL access is for database work. These are not substitutes for dashboard collaboration and have their own setup and limitations. FTP and MySQL account methods are not available for AI Builder sites. Choose access by the work being done
- One website, with dashboard work: use the per-site collaborator invitation when available.
- Several services or plan-wide work: use Account Sharing, carefully selecting the scope.
- Files or database only: consider FTP or MySQL access if supported and appropriate.
Agency Hosting materials describe site isolation and access sharing, but indexed versions give conflicting maximum-site figures. Confirm current plan details in the account rather than relying on a capacity number from older or cached material. Review the Agency Hosting getting-started guide.
