Star Wars: Galactic Racer launched on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, according to StarWars.com. It is a runs-based racing game set in an underground Galactic League in the Outer Rim after the Empire’s fall, with landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders, and podracers. PlayStation’s store listing describes a story campaign and multiple game modes.

The PS5 version supports trophies, and PowerPyx lists the Platinum as Galactic Champion. The roadmap says the Platinum requires all other trophies and does not require DLC. Use the requirements below as a route through the base game; the roadmap is a third-party guide, not a developer-maintained trophy database.

The Deluxe edition has three additional Arcade trials, but the guide does not establish whether those trials affect the base game’s Arcade trophy. The PowerPyx roadmap identifies the 50 base-game events as the requirement, so do not assume the three Deluxe additions are needed.

1. Finish the three-act campaign first
Play through Act 1: The Qualifier, Act 2: The Galactic League, and Act 3: Kestar’s Galactic League. The story trophies track joining the League, qualifying, defeating Kestar in the Stadium Showdown, and winning the Galactic League Championship. PowerPyx describes these as story-related and not missable through normal progression.
Do not interrupt the first clear to chase every optional Favor. Several Favor unlocks depend on story progress, event types, backer ratings, rival races, or Mystery Encounters. The campaign clear also unlocks Champion difficulty, which the trophy roadmap needs for a separate Act 3 run.
2. Clear Act 3 on Champion
Champion unlocks after completing the campaign once. For the Champion trophy, the roadmap says Act 3 alone is enough; there is no need to repeat Acts 1 and 2 at that difficulty.

Champion raises opponent skill and aggression, tightens crash tolerance, and refreshes only three crashes when starting a new planet rather than after every event. PowerPyx recommends survivability-oriented choices such as the Tenacious Favor and Mad Genius Favor, plus safer Standard races and non-race nodes where available. Treat those as route suggestions from the guide, not guaranteed outcomes for every event or play style.
3. Clean up Favors, Styles, Gauntlets, and rivalries
Unlock all Favors and Racer Styles
Work toward the roadmap’s 20 Favors and 14 Racer Styles while progressing through suitable campaign events. Favor unlocks are not all automatic: the guide reports dependencies on story progress, event types, backer ratings, rival races, and Mystery Encounters. Visit Mystery Encounter nodes and pay attention to their response conditions, particularly where an encounter chain requires repeat visits.
Use repeat Galactic Gauntlet clears efficiently
The cleanup trophies require Galactic Gauntlet victories with every Favor and every Racer Style equipped, as well as victories in all three vehicle types. Equip an eligible Favor or Style that still needs its run before each clear, and rotate vehicles as needed so the same Gauntlet progress advances multiple requirements.

PowerPyx recommends Act 2 for repeat Gauntlet clears because it is shorter than Act 3. Its suggested loop involves intentionally losing the final Act 2 Kestar event after the Gauntlet to return to Act 2. Because this relies on a particular progression loop and may be affected by current game behavior, confirm that it still returns you to the intended point before relying on it.
Finish Tales of Podracing and Rivalry Head-to-Heads
Complete all 12 Tales of Podracing and win a Rivalry Head-to-Head against each of the 11 racers. Keep a simple checklist of opponents and tales completed; the roadmap’s target is the full set, not a particular order.
Earn Clean Sweep with a low-risk route
For Clean Sweep, PowerPyx recommends Act 1 on Cadet difficulty and choosing nodes that minimize races. The guide counts 13 events in Act 1, compared with 18 in Act 2 and 22 in Act 3. Those counts are the guide’s route figures, not a separate guarantee that every run will present the same path.

4. Earn gold in all 50 Arcade time trials
Arcade is a separate time-trial mode with preset vehicles and tracks. The base-game trophy requires gold times in all 50 events. PowerPyx calls these trials the hardest part of the Platinum; that is the guide publisher’s assessment, not a measured player-wide difficulty result. No reliable typical completion time or number of attempts is established.
- Learn the route before optimizing speed: avoid unnecessary detours and identify where a clean line matters most.
- Use the vehicle’s abilities and parts effectively; the route and setup can both affect the time you achieve.
- Adapt to the individual trial. The guide notes that some gold targets are strict while others allow mistakes, so do not assume one approach or setup fits all 50.
PowerPyx provides an all-golds video playlist and individual event walkthroughs through its roadmap. If using a walkthrough, match it to the exact event and current game version rather than treating a setup shown for one trial as mandatory everywhere.

Missables, offline play, and save precautions
The roadmap describes the main act-progression trophies as unmissable, so a normal story clear should not lock you out of those. For risk-sensitive campaign events, PowerPyx suggests making a cloud-save backup if you have PlayStation Plus; this depends on your subscription and current PS5 save controls, so check the console’s save-management options before relying on a backup.

The game’s FAQ says the solo campaign, Arcade events, and Scenarios can be played offline. Multiplayer and connected Arcade leaderboards require an internet connection; PC also requires online authentication on first launch. Offline access is not the same as trophy synchronization, and the FAQ does not establish every platform’s account or sync behavior. The FAQ is available in the game’s community subreddit.
Is the Platinum difficult?
Plan for a substantial skill challenge in Arcade rather than a large campaign missable hunt. The main story trophies follow normal progression, while the cleanup asks for repeated Gauntlet wins with different equipment and vehicles, a full set of tales and rival opponents, and a Champion Act 3 clear. The Arcade golds are the part the PowerPyx guide singles out as hardest, but no representative completion-time or attempt data is available.
