<h2>Where to get the egg: the hand-in route</h2>
<p>The egg is not a drop or a shop item. It comes at the end of a multi-step story, so you need to finish the chain before it appears.</p>

<li><strong>Start and progress through Fragrant Dream.</strong> The AniimoGames Wiki quest guide (updated 24 September 2026) describes it as a ten-section story spread across ten regions.</li>
<li><strong>Make each colour’s perfume.</strong> For every colour, find its perfumer and gather the regional ingredient they request. Guides report six perfumers staying in Bloomville and four out in the field. No fully verified list of ingredients and locations is available, so rely on the requirements shown in your quest log for each entry.</li>
<li><strong>Offer each perfume at the Amethyst Tree.</strong> Travel to the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast and offer each finished perfume’s colour to its matching Colorless Dream. The AniimoGames Wiki places the tree roughly 268 metres from the Tideblossom Coast fast-travel array. That figure is a single guide’s approximate route detail, not a measured value.</li>
<li><strong>Collect the egg.</strong> Once all ten colours have been offered, the seedling yields the egg. The All Things How walkthrough (updated 25 September 2026) names the step "Sink Into the Colorless Dream" within A Fragrant Dream as the reward handover.</li>

<h2>Don’t hunt for a chest</h2>
<p>Guides disagree on one detail. The AniimoGames Wiki warns that the map marker at the Amethyst Tree marks the hand-in point, not an early chest pickup. The All Things How walkthrough says a chest also holds the egg. The quest chain is the best-supported route, so treat any chest as a bonus to check, not the plan.</p>

<h2>What the egg is</h2>
<p>The item text describes the egg as Prismatic, given in return for offering ten colours of the world to the Vein. The in-game flavour text, as reproduced by the Aniimo.guide game-text extraction (client version 1.0, extracted 17 September 2026), reads: <em>"Un cadeau des fleurs en pleine floraison, offert en échange de dix couleurs du monde données à la Veine."</em> In English: a gift from blooming flowers, offered in exchange for ten colours of the world given to the Vein. This is item description text, not a quotation from a developer or named person.</p>
<p>The same extraction says the game files do not identify an acquisition source. The quest route above therefore rests on guide reporting, not on the item data itself.</p>

<h2>Hatching the egg</h2>
<p>Place the egg in an available Hatchinator slot. Both walkthroughs agree that a Hatchinator is required, but they report different timers:</p>

<li>All Things How says the hatch takes 10 hours.</li>
<li>Another guide says 12 hours.</li>
</ul>
<p>Trust the timer displayed in your own game version over either guide.</p>
<p>The walkthroughs say the egg hatches into Iris in Prismana form. An item database lists a different hatch result. Until you see the outcome in your own game, do not assume the species.</p>
<h2>If the egg doesn’t appear</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Check the offering count.</strong> The reward requires all ten colours. Open the quest log and confirm that every entry shows as offered, not just made.</li>
<li><strong>Revisit the Amethyst Tree.</strong> If the reward step has not triggered, return to the tree on Tideblossom Coast and check whether the hand-in prompt is still available.</li>
<li><strong>Look for a chest.</strong> Only if the tree is complete and you still have no egg, search for a chest nearby, since one walkthrough says a chest holds it.</li>
<li><strong>Compare with the current guide.</strong> Guide step names, timers and hatch results may change with updates. Recheck the in-game tracker against the most recent guide before assuming a bug.</li>
