For free tickets, start with the in-game Events page: complete active event missions and activities, claim milestone rewards, and exchange event items where an exchange shop is available. Also check collection milestones and your mailbox before rewards expire. Ticket types are separate, so confirm whether a draw asks for a Custom, Rate Up, or Weapon Custom Draw Ticket before spending anything.
Know which ticket you need
Netmarble’s draw guide distinguishes Rate Up Draw Tickets, used for Rate Up draws, from Custom Draw Tickets, used for Custom draws. Weapon Custom Draw Tickets are another named reward type; check the banner or draw screen for the specific ticket it accepts rather than assuming one ticket can be substituted for another.
The draw interface becomes available after clearing Chapter 1. Open it from the Lobby’s Ticket icon or speak to Draw NPC Lim Hajin. The guide describes a support guarantee within 70 draws for the systems it covers. That guarantee concerns draw outcomes; it does not add tickets to your balance. Check the live banner rules, since the guide notes that game content may change.
Free ways to earn tickets
Events and event exchanges
- Open Events and review active check-ins, missions, event exchanges, and collection rewards.
- Complete the specific activities listed in an event notice. Some events award items through gameplay rather than handing out tickets directly.
- Claim completed mission and milestone rewards, then visit the event exchange shop if the event has one. Check the in-game reward list for quantities; notices may not state them.
For example, Netmarble’s Autumn! 3 Events notice, dated September 17, 2026, described World Drop & Collection rewards for clearing Gates, Unstable Dungeon, and Battlefield of Chaos. Players could exchange the event items for rewards, with Weapon Custom Draw Tickets among the key rewards. The notice directs players to the in-game list for exact details. It also listed an Autumn! Check-In Gift running from after maintenance on September 17 through October 22, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Those dates and activities describe that event, not a permanent schedule.

Collection milestones
Check card-pack and set-collection milestones as well as the event page. In a September 2026 developer note, the Solo Leveling:ARISE Team said card packs could be earned through gameplay and that collection milestones could grant Rate Up Draw Tickets, Essence Stones, and Dungeon Entry Keys. The note also referred to returning Rate-Up celebration events; its statement that event content and rewards would be provided at the same level as before applies to those events, not to future ticket rewards generally.
Mailbox rewards
Check the mailbox and read each message’s claim deadline. The same September 2026 note listed a one-time mail reward of Rate Up Draw Ticket x20 and Hunter Exclusive Weapon Design x12, claimable through October 21, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. That was a dated distribution, not a recurring allowance. Once an item expires, it may no longer be claimable.

Compare the available routes
| Route | Cost and effort | Availability | Ticket notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Event missions, check-ins, and exchanges | Gameplay or login participation; no purchase required for the described rewards | Time-limited; follow the active event dates | May award tickets directly or event items that can be exchanged. Exact quantities depend on the live reward list. |
| Collection milestones | Earn card packs through gameplay and complete the relevant collection milestone | Depends on current game content | The September 2026 developer note identified Rate Up Draw Tickets among possible milestone rewards; it did not establish a general quantity. |
| Mailbox distributions | Claim the eligible message | Each message has its own claim window | Rewards and deadlines are announcement-specific; the September 2026 mail offer was one-time. |
| Official web shop | Paid digital offer | Inventory and prices can change | Review the offer details and ticket type before purchasing. |
Paid offers and expired examples
Netmarble’s official web shop lists digital offers, but stock and pricing are not fixed. Compare a live offer with the in-game shop and confirm the ticket type, contents, and availability before paying. The available information does not establish a stable free-ticket amount per day or week.
Older event rewards are not current earning rates. For example, Netmarble’s October 31, 2024 announcement described 100 Custom Draw Tickets and 60 Weapon Custom Draw Tickets for players who had already reached level 90, plus other event-specific rewards. Those figures belong to that historical announcement and should not be treated as an ongoing offer.
