Sign in or create an account, submit the request, then watch the email address associated with that account—including its spam folder. The alert is only a notice: it does not reserve the item or guarantee it will return.
How to sign up for an official Hermès restock alert
- Visit the Hermès website for your country and open the page for the exact product you want.
- If the item is unavailable and the page offers “Notify me” or similar wording, select it. The option is available only for certain out-of-stock products.
- Sign in to your Hermès account or create the account required by that country’s site, then submit the notification request.
- Look for a confirmation email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and verify that the email address on your account is correct.
- Keep checking the product page. Availability can change, and the notification is not a reservation.
Hermès’ US terms say a notification request remains active for 180 days after the confirmation email. The US limit is 50 product registrations; Hermès Canada’s terms set a limit of three. What the notification does—and does not—mean
A sign-up asks Hermès to email you if the selected product becomes available again within the notification period. It does not establish that the item will be restocked, hold an item for you, or guarantee that you can buy it when you receive the message. Stock may change before you complete checkout. Hermès USA says its website offers a selection of products that are in stock, that the offering changes, and that customers should check regularly. Ask a local Hermès store about availability
Hermès says stores choose their assortments independently, so a store’s selection may differ from the website or another store. Contact or visit a local store for item availability; the US FAQ suggests making an appointment if available. In the United States, Kelly, Birkin, and Constance handbags are identified as store-exclusive, so the website notification route is not the way to obtain those bags. Are third-party Hermès stock alerts worth using?
Independent services advertise alerts for selected Hermès products, but their claims are not Hermès policy. RestockAlerts says it monitors selected product families, requires an account to create and manage alerts, and currently sends email rather than SMS. OrangeBell’s App Store listing advertises push alerts for tracked Hermès bags in listed regions and says full access requires a subscription. Neither source establishes alert accuracy, speed, or a guaranteed chance to buy.
