Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Use SAM.gov Contract Opportunities to find federal award notices, then sign in to save searches or follow relevant opportunities. One important caveat: SAM.gov’s public guidance confirms those features but does not establish whether they send an email specifically when an award is posted or changed. Verify the current notification behavior in SAM.gov help before relying on it as an award alert.
Set up monitoring for award notices in SAM.gov
- Open SAM.gov Contract Opportunities and search using relevant terms, an agency, or a notice identifier. Award notices appear alongside other procurement notice types.
- Searches are available to the public. To save a search or follow an opportunity, create a SAM.gov account and sign in.
- Check the current SAM.gov help guidance for how saved searches and follows notify users, including whether an award posting or modification triggers a notice and what delivery channel or schedule applies.
SAM.gov describes contract opportunities as “procurement notices from federal contracting offices.” The distinction matters: finding an award notice in the opportunities area is not the same thing as searching the government’s award records, and the public-facing service description does not confirm award-specific notification delivery.

Use USAspending.gov for award and spending analysis
USAspending.gov can help analyze federal award data by recipient, agency, time period, NAICS, award type, description, and amount. The reviewed service information confirms email release notes, not email alerts for individual awards. Treat it as a research and filtering resource, not a verified per-award alert channel.

How to make monitoring more dependable
- Use Contract Opportunities for notices and its saved-search or follow features, but verify notification rules in current SAM.gov help before treating them as alerts.
- Use Contract Awards when your task is finding or reviewing award records; account access is needed to view results.
- Use USAspending.gov to investigate award patterns and filter spending data, not as a confirmed individual-award alert service.
- For awards that matter to a bid, compliance deadline, or business decision, check the relevant official record directly rather than relying on an unverified email trigger.

ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server for developers. A screenshot can preserve what an official search page showed at a point in time, but it does not create an award alert or replace checking the underlying record. Its clean-shot workflow accepts cookie or consent banners and removes known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status in headers. AI agents can use its MCP server tools, including take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf.
