If the campaign itself is stuck, look for a route and then restart from a checkpoint. If an achievement or trophy is missing, verify its requirements and refresh your platform account. These are separate problems, so identify which screen or progress marker is affected before troubleshooting.
First identify what is missing
“Progress not tracking” can mean several things: the Revelations campaign is unavailable, you cannot advance through a map, an achievement or trophy has not unlocked, or a campaign completion percentage looks wrong. Each has a different remedy. Note your platform, where you bought the game, your edition, and the exact menu or progress display that is affected.

Revelations does not appear in the campaign
Check edition ownership and storefront
Bethesda says DOOM: The Dark Ages Premium Edition and Collectors Bundle include Revelations at no additional cost. Players with the base game need to buy the standalone DLC or upgrade their edition. Check the platform store and game library to confirm that the DLC is recognized as owned and is installed or available to download. Bethesda’s entitlement notice specifically says a Steam Premium Edition entitlement issue was resolved; it does not establish a universal store-sync fix for every platform. Bethesda’s June 7, 2026 announcement listed the standalone Revelations add-on at USD $19.99 and the Premium Edition upgrade at USD $34.99 for the July 7, 2026 launch. If an eligible purchase still is not recognized
Restart the game and recheck the library or add-on listing. If the store still does not show access despite an eligible edition, contact the platform’s support team or Bethesda Support with the platform, storefront, edition, and proof of purchase. The Steam entitlement issue Bethesda identified is described as resolved; it should not be treated as evidence that every current access problem has the same cause.
You cannot advance through a campaign map
Search for the route before restarting
Progress may depend on reaching a higher platform or finding a climbable wall. Recheck the surrounding area, including vertical routes, rather than assuming the map has failed to register an objective.

Restart from the checkpoint, then the map
- Open the Pause menu and select Restart Map From Checkpoint.
- If reloading the checkpoint does not restore progress, open Pause again and select Restart Map From Beginning.
Bethesda recommends these restart options when a player is stuck. Restarting from the beginning may lose unsaved map progress; Bethesda’s guidance does not specify precisely what state is retained. Bethesda Support: campaign progression issues.

An achievement or trophy has not unlocked
Verify the specific requirements
Check every condition for the particular achievement or trophy, not just the headline objective. Bethesda notes that network or connection issues can delay an unlock appearing in the platform list.

Refresh the platform account
- Sign out of the relevant Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation account.
- Reboot your PC or console.
- Sign back in and check the achievement or trophy list again.
If you have met the conditions and the unlock remains missing after refreshing, Bethesda says you may need to repeat the required steps. Bethesda Support cannot directly grant achievements; persistent platform-list or synchronization problems should be raised with Microsoft, Steam, or PlayStation support. Bethesda documented a past issue in which weapons and upgrades could disappear and prior chapters could display 25% completion. The company says an update on June 6, 2025 resolved that issue. Make sure the game is updated. If the displayed percentage still seems incorrect, record your platform, chapter, and the percentage shown, then submit a support request. Those details help distinguish a display mismatch from a map-progression or achievement-sync issue.
