Then identify whether the symptom points to the game, your device, storage, or your network. The checks below are cautious diagnostics—not a set of fixes Kuro has published for every problem.
Start with updates and official notices
Before changing device settings, check PGR’s official site for news or maintenance information and check the game’s store or client for an update. The official site is a place to look for announcements, not a live guarantee that every service interruption will be listed. A service-side issue can resemble a local connection problem.

If PGR crashes or will not launch
- Check for an update and an announcement. Look at the game’s current client or store listing and the official site before changing local settings.
- Compare your device with the matching platform listing. On PC, check the published hardware baseline and available disk space. On mobile, check OS compatibility and your territory’s store listing.
- Restart the device and retry once. This is a general diagnostic check, not a PGR-specific procedure documented by Kuro.
- Record what happens. Note the game version, time, any exact error text, and whether the failure occurs at launch, loading, or later in play.
- Before deleting data or reinstalling, verify account access and storage. Those steps can involve account-linking and a substantial download; no specific Kuro fix for this symptom is established here.
If PGR is lagging or loading slowly
“Lag” can mean different things. Separate choppy graphics from slow loading and delayed online responses before choosing what to compare.

Choppy frame rate or stutter
As a diagnostic comparison, lower the graphics settings and close other demanding applications, then see whether frame-rate behavior changes. This does not establish a universal best preset or a vendor-approved fix. If you play through an emulator, use guidance for that emulator and its version rather than applying PC-client advice indiscriminately.
Long loads on Steam
Check free space and drive type. Steam lists 50 GB available space, recommends SSD storage in its minimum notes, and specifies SSD storage for its recommended configuration. An internal SSD for a gaming PC is relevant only to this storage and loading consideration; it is not a general remedy for crashes, online delay, or connection errors.

Emulator-specific settings
BlueStacks’ PGR guidance discusses high-graphics configuration for BlueStacks 5. It is third-party, applies to that emulator version, and does not establish a Kuro-endorsed fix for crashes or connection problems on other emulators or the official PC client.
If you get a connection error or loading stall
- Check official announcements and updates. A service or maintenance issue can look like a fault in your own connection.
- Compare another available network. If the symptom changes, record that observation for support. This is a diagnostic comparison, not proof of a particular network fault.
- Confirm the client is current and the platform is compatible. Steam lists broadband internet, but the cited listings do not specify a PGR-specific bandwidth, latency, port, or DNS requirement.
- Capture the exact message and time if the problem persists. Contact the support route shown on your current regional platform listing.
Do not treat VPNs, DNS changes, disabling a firewall, or buying router equipment as guaranteed PGR fixes: the cited official sources do not validate those interventions.

When the basic checks do not resolve it
Contact the official support route shown by your platform’s current regional listing. Include the platform, OS and version, game version, exact error text, time of occurrence, and steps already tried. Never send your account password or authentication codes.
