1. Confirm the game edition matches the code
“Street Rivals” is not a single interchangeable regional listing. The Korean app is listed as 쿠로코의 농구 Street Rivals and names 5X Entertainment Company Limited. The English-language Southeast Asia listing is Kuroko’s Basketball: SR and names LMD GAMES (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED. Their support details differ, so do not assume a code or support contact for one listing applies to the other. Check the installed app’s store listing and the region or server shown in game, then compare those details with the announcement that published the code. A recent third-party code guide reports that codes may be region- or version-locked; treat that as a possibility, not a universal rule confirmed for every code. Menu names vary between versions. The official FAQ for the Chinese service gives this route: log in, go to the main screen, open Activity Hall, choose Welfare Activities, then open Gift Code Redemption. An English-language third-party guide instead describes Event Hall → Benefit → Gift Code. Use the path that matches your installed build rather than treating either label sequence as universal. 3. Enter the code exactly as published
The official FAQ specifically cautions players to observe capitalization and spaces when entering a gift code. Copy the code from its official announcement if possible. Remove only accidental spaces added before or after the code; do not alter spaces that are part of the published code, change letter case, or substitute visually similar characters. 4. Check whether this character has redeemed it already
The same official FAQ says each character can claim a code only once. If you may have redeemed it before, retrying on that character may not work; check the character’s redemption history if the installed version provides one. If the game accepted the code but the reward is not obvious, inspect the notices, mail, or inventory available in that version. 5. Contact support if the rejection continues
The official FAQ directs players with unresolved problems to the customer center, accessible from the login screen or User Settings. Use the in-game route for the installed edition when available. You can also use the contact details on that edition’s store listing; do not substitute another region’s address. What the error can—and cannot—tell you
Without the exact error message, code source, installed edition, and account history, there is no reliable way to identify a particular rejection’s cause. The checks above separate the things you can verify yourself—edition, menu, typing, and prior redemption—from code or account questions that require the publisher’s customer service. Because codes and interfaces can change, confirm current terms through the official channel that issued the code and the support route for your installed version.
