You can redeem through the official website or, once unlocked, in game at Pear-Pal > Settings > Other > Redeem Code.
Check the account, server, and character
For web redemption, you must be logged into an Infold account with a character created and bound to it. Make sure you selected the intended server and character before submitting the code. A code redeemed against a different character may not deliver the reward to the one you meant to use. See Infold Games’ Redeem for Rewards page for the official redemption rules.

Confirm the code is still valid for your account
Codes can have eligibility conditions and expiration deadlines. Infold’s rules say invalid or expired codes cannot be redeemed; check the original official announcement for the code’s conditions and expiry rather than relying on an old list or an unverified repost.

For example, codes in Infold’s Version 2.8 preview livestream announcement expired on July 24, 2026, at 08:59 (UTC-7). That date is a historical example, not evidence that those codes remain usable. Check each code’s own announcement for its deadline.

Check whether this character already used the code
Infold states that each code can be used once per character, and duplicate redemptions are not allowed. If the code was already claimed on the selected character, trying it again will not redeem it a second time.
Try the in-game redemption menu
- Open Pear-Pal.
- Select Settings.
- Open Other.
- Choose Redeem Code and enter the code.
The route is listed in Infold Games’ The Chronicles of Momo announcement. Pear-Pal becomes available after you obtain it from the Sea of Stars. If the redemption option is missing, check whether Pear-Pal has unlocked in your current game version.

If a web redemption succeeds, Infold says the items are sent through in-game mail. Check the mailbox on the character you redeemed for, and claim the message before it expires.

If you have verified the account and character, code conditions and deadline, and prior use, contact Infold through the Pear-Pal customer-service panel or use Settings > Contact Us on the login page, as described in the official release FAQ. The Infinity Nikki Top-up Center displays the customer-service email address [email protected]. Provide the code and relevant account or character details through official channels; never share your password or verification codes.
Infold’s published rules explain the common eligibility and redemption limits, but do not provide a detailed glossary mapping each error message to a specific cause. Treat the error text as a prompt to check the conditions above rather than as a definitive diagnosis.
