For the HERZ P1 Smart Band, use the QRing app for initial pairing and notification settings. Herz P1’s official instructions do not provide a troubleshooting sequence for failed syncing or charging, so avoid resets, charger substitutions, or repair steps that the band’s documentation does not confirm.
Set up the band in QRing
- Install QRing from your phone’s official app store. Herz P1’s Smart Band App Installation Guide directs owners to the app on iOS or Android.
- Activate Bluetooth on the band.
- Open QRing and follow the pairing instructions shown in the app.
This is the documented initial pairing process, not a recovery procedure. The available Smart Band instructions do not specify what to do if pairing or later syncing fails; they do not provide band-specific restart, unbind-and-rebind, reinstall, firmware-update, or phone-permission steps. If the in-app process does not work, contact Herz P1 support rather than applying instructions intended for another product.

Enable call, message, and app notifications
Herz P1’s FAQ says call, message, and app notifications can be enabled through QRing. The FAQ does not identify exact menu labels or provide iOS- or Android-specific notification-permission paths. Use the controls available in QRing, and consult Herz P1 support if the options are missing or notifications still do not arrive; the published band instructions do not document a further fix.

The manufacturer’s FAQ, last updated January 20, 2026, estimates a full charge at around 1.5 hours, about 25–30 days of use, and up to 60 days on standby. These are Herz P1 estimates, not independently tested results.

The FAQ and the HERZ P1 Smart Band support index do not specify a charger or cable, charging indicators, contact-cleaning method, or procedure for diagnosing a band that will not charge. Do not assume a charger type or try reset and repair steps based on instructions for another HERZ product. For a charging failure, contact Herz P1 support with your order details and a clear description of what happens when you attempt to charge the band.
Keep water exposure within the stated limit
Herz P1 describes the band as splash- and sweat-resistant, but says it is not suitable for swimming or hot showers. The FAQ does not establish that it can be submerged or exposed to hot water, so keep use within the stated limit.
