If your HAVIT Freego Pro will not connect, first put it into pairing mode: hold its multifunction button for three seconds, wait for the LED to flash red and blue alternately, then select HAVIT Freego Pro in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. If pairing still fails or the headphones keep disconnecting, use the model’s reset sequence: with the headphones on, hold both volume buttons for four seconds until the indicator flashes blue three times, then pair again.
Check that these steps match your headphones
These instructions are for the HAVIT Freego Pro air-conduction headphones, model E553BT. The pairing name shown on the host device is HAVIT Freego Pro. The model-specific E553BT user manual provides the button sequence below.

Pair the Freego Pro normally
- Turn on the headphones and enter pairing mode. Press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for three seconds. The LED should flash red and blue alternately.
- Choose the headphones on your phone or other Bluetooth host. Open the host’s Bluetooth settings, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and select HAVIT Freego Pro from the available devices. The manual describes phone pairing but does not give separate menu instructions for every operating system.
- Check which device the headphones connect to. The headset remembers its last paired device and may reconnect to it automatically. If it seems to connect somewhere other than the device you are using, check Bluetooth on the previously paired phone, tablet, or computer.
If the headphones do not appear or disconnect
Confirm pairing mode and try the scan again
Make sure the LED is alternating red and blue before searching. If it is not, switch the headphones on by holding the MFB for three seconds and check again. On the host device, open Bluetooth settings and scan for HAVIT Freego Pro. As general host-device troubleshooting, you can turn Bluetooth off and back on and remove an obsolete Freego Pro pairing entry before trying again; those host-side steps are not specified as E553BT button instructions in the manual.

The manual says the headphones can disconnect when they move beyond their working Bluetooth range and reconnect automatically if they return within range within three minutes. HAVIT Ukraine lists a nominal range of 10 m without obstacles; treat that as a specification, not a guaranteed indoor distance, since walls and other conditions can affect the connection. If the headset has reconnected elsewhere, disconnect it from the remembered device before pairing it to the one you want.

Reset the E553BT if pairing keeps failing
Use the model-specific reset when ordinary pairing fails or disconnections recur. With the headphones switched on:
- Press and hold the volume-down and volume-up buttons together for four seconds.
- Release the buttons when the indicator flashes blue three times.
- Open Bluetooth settings on the phone or other host, search for HAVIT Freego Pro, and pair again.
The four-second hold and three-flash confirmation come from the E553BT manual. HAVIT Ukraine’s product instructions also confirm the two-volume-button reset and three flashes, but do not specify a duration.

Check charging only if power or operation is in doubt
A low or uncertain charge is worth checking if the headphones will not power on or behave reliably; charging is not a specific fix for a radio-pairing fault. Charge them using the supplied USB-C cable. The manual says the LED is red while charging and blue when fully charged, and that charging powers the headphones off. If you need to retry pairing afterward, switch them on and follow the normal pairing steps.

When to contact support
If the headphones still fail to power on, enter pairing mode, or connect after the documented reset, or if they are damaged, contact the seller or HAVIT after-sales support. The manual advises contacting after-sales staff rather than attempting a self-repair. HAVIT Ukraine lists a one-year warranty for its regional offering; coverage depends on the purchase market and seller, so check the terms that apply to your purchase.

HAVIT Audio Center also publishes general Bluetooth troubleshooting advice, but the E553BT’s button instructions above are the model-specific guidance.
