If your Samsung Galaxy Book6 cannot connect to Wi-Fi, says “No internet,” will not pair with a Bluetooth device, or has lost a wireless toggle, first work out whether the problem is the laptop, the network, or the accessory. Try the quick checks below before changing drivers, then use support for your exact Book6 model if an adapter remains missing.
First, identify which device is failing
Check whether another phone or computer can use the same Wi-Fi network. If several devices are offline, focus on the router or internet service; if only the Book6 is affected, continue with Windows checks. For Bluetooth, test the accessory with another host if possible. If several accessories fail with the laptop, the problem is more likely on the PC side; if only one fails, check that accessory and its manufacturer’s guidance.

Galaxy Book6 configurations and support downloads vary by model and region. Find the exact NP model on the device label or in system information, then use the corresponding local Samsung support page rather than assuming another configuration has the same wireless hardware or driver.
Try these quick checks first
- Restart the laptop and, if Wi-Fi is failing on multiple devices, restart the router too.
- Make sure Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is switched on and Airplane mode is off.
- For Bluetooth, charge the accessory, place it near the laptop, and put it into pairing mode.
- If the problem started after an update or settings change, note when it happened before changing drivers or attempting a rollback.
Fix Wi-Fi that will not connect or says “No internet”
Run Windows’ network checks
- Open Windows 11 Get Help and run the Network and Internet troubleshooter. Follow the results it presents for the connection problem.
- Confirm Wi-Fi is enabled and Airplane mode is off, then restart the Book6. Samsung’s model-specific Korean guide includes a full shutdown and restart; menu wording can vary by region and Windows build. See Samsung’s Galaxy Book6 Wi-Fi troubleshooting guidance.
Update the laptop, then consider a network reset only if needed
Check for available updates through Windows Update and Samsung Update, selecting downloads for your exact model. Microsoft’s Wi-Fi connection guidance also covers adapter-driver checks and Network reset. Keep reset as a later step: it resets network configuration, so you may need to reconnect to networks afterward. If the fault appeared after an update, record its date and version first; available sources do not establish a Book6-wide driver regression.

If other devices are offline too
Restart the router and check whether your internet service is down before treating the laptop as the cause. Router placement or an ISP interruption can affect multiple devices; the official guidance does not establish an external Wi-Fi adapter as a Galaxy Book6 repair.
Fix Bluetooth devices that will not pair or connect
Check the accessory and pairing state
- Charge the accessory, bring it close to the laptop, and enable its pairing mode.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on in Windows, then try pairing again.
- If the accessory is listed but will not connect, remove it from Windows Bluetooth devices and pair it again. Where relevant, disconnect it from competing devices first.
Run the troubleshooter and check updates
Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in Windows 11 Get Help, then check Windows Update and Samsung Update for available updates for your Book6 model. Microsoft’s Bluetooth troubleshooting guidance covers pairing, removing and re-adding devices, and updates. Samsung’s Galaxy Book6 Bluetooth guidance offers model-specific steps; its instructions are published for Korea, so regional procedures may differ.

When a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth control is missing
A missing or grayed-out Bluetooth control can mean Windows has encountered an adapter error; driver or firmware trouble are common causes, but the symptom alone does not prove the hardware has failed. Restart the laptop, install available Windows and Samsung updates for the exact model, and check Device Manager for a warning on the wireless adapter. See Microsoft’s guidance for Bluetooth that has disappeared. If the adapter remains absent, use Samsung’s model-specific support route; a Device Manager error code by itself does not distinguish software, firmware, or hardware causes.
