If the Avatar Legends Pack is missing in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, first check that it is available in your region and that the account you use to play owns it. Then update the game, confirm the add-on is installed or enabled, and restart. SEGA lists Avatar Legends as Wave 6 of the Season Pass, but warns that DLC contents and release dates may change, so an absent store listing may mean it is not yet available to you—not that your game is broken.
Check that Avatar Legends is available and that you own it
SEGA’s CrossWorlds Purchase Guide lists the Avatar Legends Pack as Wave 6 of the Season Pass. It includes Aang and Katara as racers, the Gliding Air machine, and Lion Turtle Island as a course. The pack is included with the Season Pass or can be purchased separately. SEGA also says DLC contents and release dates may change; the guide does not establish that the pack is live in every region at the same time.

- Open the platform store page for Avatar Legends and check whether it is available in your region. If it is not listed or cannot be purchased, check the current store listing and official CrossWorlds announcements before treating this as an installation problem.
- If it is available, verify that the account launching the game owns it—through the Season Pass or Digital Deluxe Edition, or a separate purchase.
- On Steam, open Account Details → View licenses and product key activations. On Epic Games Store, check Manage Account → Transactions → Purchases and Code redemptions, as SEGA advises in its DLC access troubleshooting guide.
Update the game and restart it
Install the latest game update. SEGA’s Ver. 1.3.1 Update Notice, dated 19 March 2026, says: “You must update to the latest version of the game to use online modes and access DLC.” After a store download finishes, close and relaunch the game. SEGA’s CrossWorlds-specific instructions for Wave 5 also tell Standard and physical-edition players to download the DLC and restart; this is useful general guidance, not a separately confirmed Avatar-specific fix.
Check whether the add-on is installed or enabled
SEGA provides platform-specific checks in its console DLC access guide and PC troubleshooting guide. Menu labels can vary slightly by platform version.

Complete the tutorial and check for PC mods
For Season Pass or Digital Deluxe access, SEGA’s CrossWorlds instructions for Wave 5 say players must first complete the tutorial. Apply that guidance if the pack is owned but has not appeared in-game. SEGA’s general DLC troubleshooting page also notes that some extra content may require reaching a certain point in a game or using a particular part of it; this is general guidance, not a stated Avatar Legends requirement.
On PC, temporarily remove mods or custom files and check again. SEGA says they can interfere with DLC access.

If you use a physical copy, check the region match
SEGA warns that the region of a physical game can affect access to paid or free DLC. Compare the region shown on the game packaging—such as PEGI for Europe, ESRB for America, or ACB for Australia—with the region of the account used to buy the pack. If they do not match, SEGA’s stated options are to request a refund for the DLC or obtain the physical game version for the account’s region. Its guidance does not recommend a VPN or changing account region as a fix.

When to contact support
If the pack is listed as available in your region, the correct account owns it, the game is updated, and the platform shows the add-on as installed or enabled, contact the relevant platform support or SEGA Support with your platform, account entitlement details, game version, and the checks you have completed. The official troubleshooting pages reviewed do not announce an Avatar Legends-specific outage or known issue, so check the current store listing and CrossWorlds announcements before concluding that your copy is malfunctioning.
