If it still will not connect, check the Wi‑Fi band and reset procedure for your exact Eufy model—those requirements and button sequences are not the same across every robot.
Try these checks before resetting the vacuum
- Re-enter the Wi‑Fi password. Check for typing errors, including capitalization, and enter it again if you are unsure it is correct.
- Confirm the internet connection works. Check that other devices can connect to your home network and reach the internet. If they cannot, resolve the router or internet problem before setting up the vacuum.
- Reduce distance during setup. Keep the robot, phone, and router close to one another while connecting. This helps rule out a weak signal between the devices.
- Check the supported Wi‑Fi band for your model. Do not assume every Eufy robot supports the same bands. Eufy’s S1 Pro troubleshooting guidance says that model connects only to a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network. If you have an S1 Pro and your network is set to 5 GHz, try its 2.4 GHz network. For another model, check its manual or Eufy’s model-specific support before changing router settings.
Reset Wi‑Fi using the instructions for your model
If the checks above do not solve the problem, reset the vacuum’s Wi‑Fi settings and try setup again. The procedure varies by model; do not use one Eufy robot’s button sequence on another.

Eufy RoboVac S1 Pro
Eufy instructs S1 Pro owners to hold the robot’s reset button for five seconds. A flashing Wi‑Fi LED or a beep indicates the reset succeeded. Then try connecting again using the Eufy app.
Eufy X10 Pro Omni
For the X10 Pro Omni, Eufy says to hold the charging and spot-cleaning buttons together for three seconds to reset Wi‑Fi. This is different from a forced reboot. Follow the X10 Pro Omni Wi‑Fi reset instructions for the exact steps.

If it still will not connect
Check your model’s manual or Eufy’s RoboVac support resources for its setup guidance, Wi‑Fi requirements, and any model-specific videos. The available procedures for the S1 Pro and X10 Pro Omni do not establish a universal band requirement or reset sequence for every Eufy robot vacuum.
If an X10 Pro Omni continues to report a Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth fault after its Wi‑Fi reset, Eufy directs users to contact customer support. For another model, use Eufy support for that model rather than repeating a reset sequence that may not apply.
