These steps and labels are from Bluehost’s guide, updated August 30, 2026. The guide associates access to the described store with a Sell Online plan. Bluehost’s customer journey documentation describes exploring store creation during a free trial, then upgrading to Sell Online to publish the store and accept orders. Trial access should not be assumed to include the same live dashboard features. See Bluehost’s AI Insights navigation guide and its customer journey guide.

Choose the view that answers your question
| View | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Action Plan | A prioritized to-do list for the store. It is the default AI Insights view. |
| Agent Reports | Shows which agents have identified issues and provides health information about different store areas. |
Bluehost describes the Action Plan as a way to surface prioritized daily and weekly tasks. Its onboarding guide also says AI Insights includes product performance indicators such as sales potential, discoverability, and operational scores. Those are vendor-described features, not independently validated measures. More detail appears in the AI Store Dashboard setup guide.
What Agent Reports covers
The reports are organized around agents that focus on distinct parts of store operations. Bluehost lists:
#1 Best Overall
- Catalog Health
- Channel Optimization
- Customer Intelligence
- Inventory Forecasting
- Marketing Automation
- Order Intelligence
- Pricing and Promotions
Use the agent names to identify the area behind a finding—for example, catalog quality, channel readiness, customer insights, stock planning, marketing, orders, or pricing. The report view indicates what the platform has surfaced; it does not, by itself, establish that a recommendation will improve sales or other business results.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to interpret badges, scores, and timestamps
Agent cards may show red alert badges, a last-run time, a score dial from 0 to 100, and status tags such as HIGH or CRITICAL. Bluehost’s guide illustrates these elements with examples including “5 critical” and “Run Today at 10:12 AM.” Those are sample interface values, not readings that every store should see. Treat the indicators as dashboard signals to inspect, rather than a guarantee of performance or a prediction of sales. The reviewed Bluehost materials do not disclose independent validation of the scores.

If AI Insights is missing
- Confirm that you opened the correct site under Websites, especially if the portal lists several sites.
- Use Load More to reveal additional sites before looking for Manage Store.
- Check whether the site is on the Sell Online plan associated with the dashboard access described in Bluehost’s guide. The customer journey documentation distinguishes trial exploration from upgrading to publish and accept orders.
- If the site and plan appear correct but the labels or access differ, consult Bluehost support documentation because feature access and interface details can change.
