To claim a Google One offer, sign in to the Google Account with the membership, open Google One, select Benefits, then choose View details beside an available offer and follow its instructions. Use View history to check offers you have already claimed. What appears depends on your plan, billing location and, for some offers, family-group rules.
Find and claim a benefit
On the web
- Sign in to the Google Account that has the Google One membership.
- Open Google One and select Benefits in the left navigation.
- Find an offer and select View details, then follow the instructions shown for that offer.
If there are no new offers available, Google says the page displays “All caught up.” Select View history to see benefits you have claimed previously.

In the app
Google also allows members to claim benefits through the Google One app. The exact offers shown can vary by account, so check the Benefits area while signed in to the account with the membership.

- Your plan: Google says benefit availability depends on the membership plan. Review the current plan and signup page and the Benefits page for your account.
- Your billing location: Eligibility can depend on the account’s current billing location. A change in billing location can change which benefits are available.
- It was already claimed: Some offers are limited to one redemption per plan. Under a “Limit one per plan” offer, the first family member to redeem it is the only one who can use it.
- The offer has specific eligibility rules: Certain AI features have their own age, location, platform, language or account requirements. Check Google’s feature restrictions for the specific feature rather than assuming every benefit follows the same rules.
Offers and terms can change. If you are considering upgrading for a particular promotion, check the live Benefits page for the account first rather than relying on an offer description seen elsewhere.

Can family members use the benefits?
Where family sharing is supported, a Google One plan can include up to five family members in addition to the manager. Google says the 30 GB Lite plan does not support family sharing. Family members must live in the same country as the manager, and some benefits are available only to the manager or have a one-redemption-per-plan limit.
Sharing a membership does not make members’ files visible to one another by default. Google states: “Your files aren’t shared with the rest of your family, and they can’t access your files without your permission.” Shared storage is used after a member’s personal storage allowance, and family members can see how much shared storage each person uses. Start or stop sharing on Android
- Open the Google One app.
- Tap Menu → Settings → Manage family settings → Start sharing membership → Invite family, then follow the prompts.
- To stop sharing, open Menu → Settings → Manage family settings → Stop sharing.
What to check before choosing a plan for a benefit
Storage amount alone does not determine whether a particular offer will work for you. Compare the storage you need with the specific digital benefits you want, then check the feature’s country, age and account eligibility and whether family members can use it. Google’s plan page lists consumer storage options, including 100 GB and 200 GB plans, as well as Google AI memberships with plan-dependent storage; offerings vary by location. Google says each account includes up to 15 GB at no charge, and changes to storage limits can take up to 24 hours to apply.
For example, Google lists Google Store credit of 3% for eligible 200 GB or 400 GB members and 10% for eligible Google AI plans with 2 TB or more. The offer is limited to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia; trial members and family-group members are ineligible. These terms can change, so confirm the offer for your account and the credit shown at checkout before deciding. See the current Google One benefits page.

Get help if claiming fails
Google One members can contact support by chat, phone or email. On the web, open Google One, select Help, then Contact us. Include the offer name and the Google Account you used when describing the issue.
