To complete Novigrad Dreaming, find Corinne Tilly in Rudolf de Jonkheer’s house, solve the attic doll-and-crib clue, then confront Sarah in the cellar. Letting Sarah stay unlocks the optional Haunted House follow-up; driving her out requires Burdock and Igni. Either choice frees Corinne and leads to her dream about Dandelion and the Rosemary and Thyme.
Find Corinne Tilly and enter the haunted house
This main quest continues Geralt’s search for information about Ciri in Novigrad. Triss’s contact, oneiromancer Corinne Tilly, is in a house owned by Rudolf de Jonkheer. The marked house is southeast of Hierarch Square; another route description places it along the canal from the Brandon Granary. Speak to Rudolf outside, enter, and go upstairs to find Corinne asleep and caught in a nightmare. Gamer Guides and Prima Games describe the route and quest sequence.

Solve the attic doll and crib puzzle
- Use the ladder in the room next to Corinne’s bedroom to reach the attic.
- Cast Aard on the blocked doorway to open the way into the storage room.
- Pick up the Rag Doll and the Drawing of a Crib.
- Return to Corinne’s bedroom and enter the small side room. Place the doll in the crib.
- When the door closes and a drawing of an oven appears, go downstairs and find the cellar trapdoor.
- Climb into the cellar and examine the oven.
The crib clue points Geralt toward the oven, where he meets Sarah, a godling who has been frightening people away from the house and keeping Corinne trapped in her nightmare. GameBanshee’s walkthrough also documents the quest sequence.
Choose whether Sarah stays or leaves
Both choices free Corinne. The difference is whether Sarah remains in the house and whether you can take the optional Haunted House quest afterward.

If you want Sarah to stay
Accept her deal and report to Rudolf that the house remains haunted. This is the route that preserves the optional follow-up quest.
If you want to drive Sarah out
You need Burdock for the oven. Prima Games says it cannot be picked in the wild and should be bought from a herb merchant if it is not already in your inventory. Gamer Guides reports a bundle price of 11 Crowns, but that is a guide-specific in-game value, not a guaranteed price across editions or game states; check the merchant’s current offer. Once you have the herb, place it in the oven and use Igni.

Meet Corinne and follow the dream clue
After resolving the cellar encounter, speak to Corinne. Then meet her in her room upstairs at the Golden Sturgeon. The questions about Geralt’s memories and Ciri’s abilities do not affect the quest outcome. Corinne’s vision shows a poet with a swallow, pointing Geralt toward Dandelion and the Rosemary and Thyme. This leads into the next Novigrad main quest, Broken Flowers. Prima Games and GameBanshee describe this transition.
