Star Wars Zero Company has four broadly available weapon classes: Longarm Blaster, Blaster Pistol, Repeater, and Blaster Rifle. You change an Operator’s weapon through the Armory, then customize gear through weapon mods and Den progression. The campaign cycle timings below come from a September 2026 gameplay guide; verified unlock conditions for every named weapon model are not available in the sources cited here.
What weapons are available?
A September 2026 gameplay guide identifies four standard weapon classes. Their reported baseline damage, range, and action-point (AP) behavior are summarized below. Treat these as class-level starting figures: named models and later upgrades or modifications may differ.

| Weapon class | Guide-reported baseline | Range | AP behavior |
|---|---|---|---|
| Longarm Blaster | 12 base damage | Long | Each shot costs 2 AP |
| Blaster Pistol | 6 base damage | Short | Each shot costs 1 AP |
| Repeater | 8 base damage | Medium | Rapid Fire scales damage based on AP spent |
| Blaster Rifle | 10 base damage | Medium | The first shot each turn costs 1 AP; later shots cost 2 AP each |
These figures and behaviors are reported by VULKK’s September 17, 2026 weapons guide. The guide’s class list does not make every special item a weapon: Astromechs use Utilities instead, while Tel-Rea is identified as the sole lightsaber user. Neither belongs in the four-class comparison.

Visit the Armory and select the Operator whose loadout you want to change. A gameplay guide says weapon choice is not permanently fixed by an Operator’s specialization, so you can adjust the equipped weapon through this loadout system rather than waiting for a new class to unlock.

How do weapon mods and upgrades fit into progression?
Weapon progression is described through equipment access, modifications, and Den upgrades—not a long research tree that successively unlocks stronger weapon classes. The cited guide reports Weapon Mods at Cycle 4 and Black Market access at Cycle 5. These cycle timings should be treated as guide-reported campaign milestones.

Are weapon appearances extra weapons?
No. EA lists five painted weapon appearance themes for the Deluxe Edition: 100th Clone Company, Kafrene Informant, Black Sun Syndicate Enforcer, Bespin Security, and Separatist Warrior. They are cosmetic themes, not five additional functional weapon classes. EA’s Deluxe Edition details describe the included content.

- Command an elite squad through a gritty and authentic Star Wars story set in the twilight of the Clone Wars. Step into the role of Hawks, a former Republic officer leading Zero Company against an emerging threat that could consume the galaxy.
A gameplay guide also describes multiple cosmetic models for weapon classes, but the cited sources do not verify precise acquisition locations for each named model. Appearance variants should not be treated as higher technology tiers or as confirmed new classes.
What is known about named weapon unlocks?
The available guides establish the four broad classes, the Armory, and progression systems for mods and equipment. They do not provide a verified, complete condition for unlocking every named weapon model. As a result, a model-by-model list of missions, vendors, cycles, or requirements would go beyond what these sources confirm. For the supported class and system overview, consult VULKK and GameLeap.

Does edition choice affect weapon access?
EA’s Deluxe Edition listing identifies the five cosmetic weapon themes above; it does not describe them as extra weapon classes. EA’s product information says physical Standard Edition copies are available for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S through selected retailers, while PC is listed through digital storefronts. Confirm the current platform listing and retailer availability before purchasing; the cited source does not establish stock at any particular retailer. See EA’s purchase page.
EA also announced a Collector’s Edition through Limited Run Games, with physical collector items including a themed Hasbro Black Series Thermal Detonator, Steelbook, and desk mat. It is an optional collector product, not an in-game weapon unlock requirement. Details are in EA’s Collector’s Edition announcement.
