For DSW’s current Shoebox Shuffle promotion, enter at dsw.com/vip-game while signed in to a DSW VIP account, then submit the registration form with the true name and valid email on that account. The official rules do not describe a self-service page for checking whether a sweepstakes entry was received. The instant-win result appears immediately; potential sweepstakes winners are to be notified by email after a drawing scheduled on or around October 26, 2026.
Who can enter, and when
These steps apply to the DSW Shoebox Shuffle Program covered by DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc.’s official rules. To enter, you must be a legal resident of one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, at least 18 years old, and a DSW VIP Rewards Program member when you enter. Entry is free: DSW’s rules state, “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.” The promotion includes a sweepstakes and an instant-win reveal. A separate shoebox shuffle game is for entertainment only and does not award a prize.
How to enter the sweepstakes
- Join DSW VIP if needed. You must be a member before entering. Review the applicable membership terms.
- Sign in during the promotion period. Log in to your DSW VIP account and check that your profile has your true first and last name and a valid email address.
- Open the promotion page and register. Go to dsw.com/vip-game, follow the on-page instructions, and submit the registration form. Use the name and email associated with your VIP account; initials do not meet the name requirement.
- Choose whether to play. Registration gives you one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play. You can play the shuffle game for entertainment or continue to the instant-win reveal.
The limit is one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play per day during this promotion. Do not use multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or automated methods to get around the limits; the rules say violations may void entries and lead to disqualification.
#1 Best Overall
- Caution: This gift card may cause extreme joy.
- Designer shoes, warehouse prices.
- DSW Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise online or from any DSW store in the USA.
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
How to check whether your entry registered
DSW’s official rules do not identify an account feature or lookup page that confirms receipt or continuing eligibility of a sweepstakes entry. Do not treat an order-status page as a sweepstakes-entry tracker. Keep the VIP account email accessible and check its inbox and spam or junk folder for promotion messages; checking those folders is practical advice, not a specific requirement in the rules.
If you have an account or promotion problem, DSW customer service lists 866-DSW-SHOES, live chat, and [email protected]. The page covers orders and promotions generally and does not promise that support can verify sweepstakes-entry receipt.

How and when results are announced
Sweepstakes drawing
DSW says potential sweepstakes winners will be selected on or around October 26, 2026, and notified by email. The rules do not provide a separate self-service drawing-status lookup.
Instant-win reveal
The instant-win result is displayed immediately after the reveal. Potential winners may also receive an email with claim instructions. The rules describe 150,450 random computer-generated winning times for instant-win prizes; the chance of winning depends on timing, remaining prizes, and eligible plays, so this figure is not a personal odds estimate.

- One gift card, five incredible brands. A TJX gift card is perfect for celebrating birthdays, holidays, a new home or just because.
- Score amazing savings on designer fashions for you, top-brand finds for your home, and everything you need for your outdoor adventures.
- With thousands of new arrivals across all five brands every week, the selection is ever-changing.
- The TJX gift card is redeemable at all HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, and Homesense stores (in the U.S. and Puerto Rico) and online at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Sierra.
- Physical gift cards are delivered active via mail.
What to do if you receive a potential-win notice
A screen result or email identifies a potential winner, not a confirmed prize winner. DSW and its administrator must verify potential winners, and DSW says screenshots are not accepted in place of its validation process. Follow the official notice’s instructions promptly: a potential winner may be asked to provide identifying and mailing information within five days of notice or attempted notice.
The rules list five $500 DSW gift-card grand prizes. They also report a total approximate retail value of $204,750.00 for sweepstakes prizes and instant-win point values in this particular promotion; neither figure describes typical outcomes or general sweepstakes odds. Sweepstakes odds depend on the total eligible entries received.
