To earn the PS5 Platinum in Star Wars: Galactic Racer, you need all 50 trophies—not just a finished campaign. The list spans Galactic League progression, Arcade times, styles and Favors, Gauntlet wins with different setups, tour-wide results, and several specific race challenges. Plan the Platinum around its separate requirements
The PS5 list has 50 trophies: one Platinum, one Gold, ten Silver, and 38 Bronze. The Platinum, Galactic Champion, unlocks when you obtain all the others. The list is organized around several distinct activities, so track campaign progress, collections, tours, and race-specific tasks separately. Advance the Galactic League and campaign
Four Bronze trophies trace the early League progression, followed by the Championship Gold. These are separate milestones, so check the trophy list as you progress rather than assuming one story completion unlocks them all.

- Racer of Legend — Defeat Kestar Bool in the Galactic League Championship on Champion difficulty. The requirement names the Championship specifically; it does not say to replay the entire campaign on Champion.
Earn tour, Backer, and Sidebet trophies
Several conditions are scoped to one Campaign tour. Keep a dedicated tour checklist: progress made across different tours will not satisfy a requirement that explicitly says “within a single” tour.
- Clean Sweep (Silver) — Place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in every event within one Campaign tour.
- That’s How You Win Championships (Bronze) — Place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in six Eliminator Races within one Campaign tour.
- The Real Soul of Racing (Bronze) — Increase two Upgrades to maximum level within one tour.
- Pride of Gathleon (Bronze) — Achieve an Excellent Tour rating from each Backer.
Backer ratings also have individual outcomes: Star Racer requires a Backer to rate you Excellent, while Poodoo Racer requires a Backer to rate you Poor. I’ll Take That Bet requires ten Sidebet wins; the two named Sidebet trophies are Beginner’s Luck (win against your current Rival) and Gathii vs. Bool (win against Kestar Bool).

Collect styles and Favors, then tackle the Gauntlet
The Gauntlet trophies are three separate sets of wins, not one completion with a collection of vehicles. Record which setup categories you have used for a winning run.
- Maybe We Can All Be Friends Someday! (Silver) — Gain all Favors.
- Skill, Strategy, and the Will to Rise (Silver) — Unlock all Racer Styles.
- I Can Fly Anything (Silver) — Win the Galactic Gauntlet with each speeder type.
- Racing Master (Silver) — Win the Galactic Gauntlet with each Racer Style.
- United by a Beautiful Dream (Silver) — Win the Galactic Gauntlet with each Favor.
- A Few Good Folks (Bronze) — Equip three Favors simultaneously.
- Inspired by Animals (Bronze) — Gain Hibi’s Favor.

Clear Arcade, Tales of Podracing, and rivalries

- First Time, Big Time (Bronze) — Win your first Rivalry Head-to-Head.
- Best of the Best (Silver) — Beat every Racer in a Rivalry Head-to-Head.
Racing Glory (Bronze) is awarded for completing a Scenario. Keep it on the side-mode checklist alongside the event-based goals.
Handle style-specific race challenges
These three Bronze trophies require the named Racer Style and a qualifying Standard or Eliminator race. Choose the style before the race, then satisfy the stated condition during that race.

Set up speed, ability, and equipment trophies
Some requirements are easier to approach as intentional attempts than as incidental progress. Watch the exact continuous duration: a trophy asking for continuous use is not the same as accumulating that much use across multiple activations.
- Speed is Dangerous, Embrace it Anyway — Gain Surge for 60 seconds continuously.
- The Most Dangerous Racing in the Galaxy — Remain Overcharged for 40 seconds continuously.
- Very Fast, Very Dangerous — Use Afterburner for 60 seconds continuously.
- Punch it, Shade! — Use Ramjet for 60 seconds continuously.
- Hibi’s Speedies — Exceed 650 km/h in any Speeder.
- Many Special Treasures — Use every Ability.
- Record-Setting Pit Droid Team — Upgrade an Ability to its maximum level.
- Four Arms Would Be Useful — Equip four Abilities simultaneously.
- The Fastest Ever Built — Have four Legendary Parts installed simultaneously.
- Let’s Build a Real Racer — Customize a vehicle.
Two purchase trophies specify a single visit, so buy every available item in the relevant shop during the same visit: Treasures, Treasures! requires every available Part at the Scrap Dealer, and Might as Well Buy a New Speeder requires every available Part at Hibi’s Shop.

Plan the intentional failures and risky results
Not every trophy rewards a clean run. These conditions are distinct from podium and tour goals; plan separate attempts rather than letting a failure disrupt a run you need for another trophy.
- Risk, Reward — Place 1st in an event against other racers without crashing.
- Risk, No Reward — Blow up by overheating your Ramjet.
- That’s Got to Hurt! — Wreck out of an event.
- Hunk of Junk — Place 1st in an event with at least four Faulty Parts installed.
- Start Your Engines! — Successfully complete four Pre-Race Checks.

Steam lists single-player, online PvP, cross-platform multiplayer, and Steam Achievements. Destructoid reported 49 achievements versus 50 PS5 trophies, with the extra PS5 entry being the Platinum.
